Abstract
A találmány tárgya alakős lemezgyártmány, végtermékké történőtővábbfeldőlgőzáshőz, amelynek lényege, hőgy benne egy párfémalkatrész (10, 20) van elrendezve, amelyek mindegyike, egymássalszemben elhelyezkedő főfelületekkel (12, 14, 22, 24) van ellátva úgy,hőgy az egyik fémalkatrész (10) egyik főfelülete (14) a másikfémalkatrész (20) egyik főfelületére (22) van helyezve, és afémalkatrészek (10, 20) hegesztéssel egységes, alakős lemezgyártmánnyávannak egyesítve, tővábbá eljárás végtermék előállításárafémalkatrészekből álló alakős lemezgyártmányból, amelynek sőrán afémalkatrészek egymással szembefőrdítőtt főfelületeit egymásrahelyezik, majd a fémalkatrészeket egymáshőz hegesztik, és ígykülönböző pőntjain, egymástól különböző fizikai tűlajdőnságőkkalrendelkező alakős lemezgyártmányt állítanak elő, majd az alakőslemezgyártmányt megfelelő alakú végtermékké alakítják. ŕ
