Claims (11)

  1. 미처리된 작업 표면을 갖는 제작 성형구 모형의 기판을 제공하는 단계, 마모에 의해 예정 깊이 미만의 깊이까지 제거된 후의 이식 부위의 외관이 예정 깊이 이상의 깊이로 처리된 표면의 외관과 상이하고, 처리된 표면이 적어도 미처리된 표면 정도의 내마모성을 갖도록 이온을 기판의 미처리된 작업 표면의 일부에 기판 표면 아래의 예정 깊이로 이식시키는 단계, 성형구의 처리된 표면을 표면 마모를 일으키는 조건에 두는 단계, 및 마모된 표면을 관찰하여 예정 깊이 이상으로 마모되었음을 나타내는 외관상의 변화 여부를 결정하는 단계로 이루어지는 제작 성형구의 마모도 평가 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 처리된 표면이 이식 단계 후 및 마모 발생 단계 전에 가공되지 않음을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 이식된 이온들이 네온, 질소, 티탄, 탄소 및 산소로 이루어지는 군 중에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 기판의 제공 단계 후 및 이식 단계 전에 코팅제를 표면에 피착시켜 코팅 표면이 미처리된 표면으로 되게 하는 추가의 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 미처리된 작업 표면을 갖는 선택된 제품 모형의 기판을 제공하는 단계, 예정량 이상으로 마모된 후의 처리된 표면의 외관이 예정량 이하로 마모된 처리된 표면의 외관과 비교하여 상이하고, 처리된 표면은 적어도 미처리된 표면 정도의 내마모성을 갖도록 기판의 미처리된 작업 표면의 적어도 일부를 처리하는 단계, 제품의 처리된 표면을 마모를 일으키는 조건에 두는 단계, 및 마모된 표면을 관찰하여 예정량 이상으로 마모되었음을 나타내는 외관상의 변화 여부를 결정하는 단계로 이루어지는 선택된 제품의 마모도 평가 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 처리 단계가 이온들을 유색의 가시적인 외관을 갖는 표면에 이식시키는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 관찰 단계가 표면에서의 색 변화를 측정하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 관찰 단계가 표면에서의 반사도 변화를 측정하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 처리 단계가 표면에 네온, 질소, 티탄, 탄소 및 산소로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 이온들을 이식하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제5항에 있어서, 처리된 표면의 내마모성이 미처리된 표면의 내마모성보다 더 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제5항의 방법에 의해서 평가된 제품.
