Abstract

A találmány a 2-helyzetben királis[(1-adott esetben helyettesítettaril)- vagy (1-adott esetben helyettesített heteroaril)]-2-helyettesített etil-2-aminok sztereospecifikus előállításáravonatkozik, amelyre jellemző, hogy egy 2-amino-2-helyettesített etil-alkoholt egy[(adott esetben helyettesített aril)- vagy (trihalogén-metil)-szulfonil]-halogeniddel vagy -anhidriddel bázis jelenlétébenreagáltatva a 2-helyzetben királis[(N-aril-szulfonil)- vagy (N-(trihalogén-metil-szulfonil)]-2-helyettesített aziridint kapnak. Atalálmány kiterjed a fenti vegyületek előállításának közbensőtermékeire is.
