  1. Alummtum ötvözöl forrasziemez termék Szabadalmi igénypontok
    1. Aluminium ötvözet forraszlemez (4), ameiy tartalmaz: vékony fedöanyag réteget (2), maganyag réteget (3), és közbenső anyagként a vékony fodőanyag és a maganyag közé behelyezett A!-Si ötvözet forraszanyag réteget (1), a vékony fedőanyag és a maganyag olyan alumínium ötvözetekből van, amelyek szláröuíáéi^ iöméiMkléte nagyobb, mint a forraszanyag olvadási hőmérséklete, így egy forrasztási műveiéiben megolvadt forraszanyag rászivárog a vékony fedöanyag felületére, a vékony fedöanyag rétig (2) Mg mentes aluminium ötvözet, ameiy tartalmaz tomeg%-ban kifejezve: 0 * 0,5 Fért, 0 - 4,0 Si-t. 0 ~ 1,0 Mn-t, 0 -- 0.5 Cu~t, 0 - 0,25 Zn-t. 0 - 0,1 Ti~t, eikerüihetetien szennyezőket, ítJ!Oá!Sg|i|l<,^:0#PSí.:^§?e8en « 0,15, a fennmaradó részben alumíniumot, a maganyag réteg (3) aluminium ötvözet, amely tartalmaz tömeg%~ban kíféjézve: 0,5 - 2,0 Mn~i, Ö~ 1,2 Cu-í, 0- 1,0 Fe-t, 0- 1,0 Si-t, 0 - 0,1 Bit, 0 ~ 0,1 Tí~t, legfeljebb 0,03 Mg~í, eikerüihetetien szennyezőket, mindegyik < 0,05, összesen < 0,2, a fennmaradó részben alumíniumot, az Aí-Si ötvözet forraszanyag (1) tartalmaz Si-t 5 - 16,5% tartományban, Fe-t legfeljebb 0,8%-ban, Ti~t legfeljebb 0,2%-ig terjedő tartományban, 0,02 - 0,08% Mg-t és továbbá Bi-t 0,01 - 0,1% tartományban, elkerülhetetlen szennyezőket és alumíniumot, az Ai-Si ötvözet forraszanyag réteg (1) és a vékony fedöanyag (2) vastagsági aránya 4 vagy több az 1-hez, az Ai-Si ötvözet forraszanyag rétegben a többlet Mg tartalom a BbMga sztöchiomeírikus összetételéhez képest 0,07% vagy kevesebb, és az alumínium ötvözet forrasziemez (4) teijes Mg tartalma kevesebb, mint 0,04%.
  2. 2. Az 1 igénypont szerinti alumínium ötvözet forraszlemez, amelynél a vékony fedőanyag (2) vastagsága az aluminium ötvözet forrasziemez (4) teljes vastagságának 0,1 ~ 10%-a, és az Al-Si ötvözet forraszanyag réteg (1) vastagsága az alumínium ötvözet forraszlemez (4) teljes vastagságának 5 - 2Ö%*a,

  4. 4. Az 1-3. igénypontok bármelyike szerinti alumínium ötvözet forraszlemez, amelynél az Ai-Sf ^vözet forraszanyag réteg (1) továbbá tartalmaz a 0,1 -5% Zn-böl, 0,01 * 0,5% In-ból és 0,01 - 0,5% Sn-bói Üli csoportbél kiválasztott egy vagy több elemet,
  5. 5. Az 1-4. igénypontok bármelyike szerinti alumínium ötvözet forraszlemez, amelynél a maganyag réteg legfeljebb 0,015% tartományban tartalmaz Mg-t
    5, Az 1-5. igénypontok bármelyike szerinti alumínium ötvözet forraszlernez* amelynél az Al-Si ötvözet forraszanyag réteg (1) Mg tartalma 0,02 - 0 06% tartományban van.
  6. 7. Az igénypontok bármelyike szerinti aluminium ötvözet forraszlemez, amelynél a vékony fedő alumínium ötvözet réteg (2) Mg mentes alumínium ötvözet, amelynek az összetétele az AA10Ô0 sorozatú alumínium ötvözet tartományán belül van.
  7. 8. Alkotórészek forrasztott szerelvénye, amelyhez az 1-7. igénypontok bármelyike szerinti alumínium ötvözet forraszlernez (4) van felhasználva. 9. Â 8. igénypont szerinti forrasztott szerelvény, amelynél a forrasztott szerelvény oiajhötö.
  8. 10. Eijárás forrasztott alkotórészekből lévő szerelvény előállítására, amely eljárás a következő lépéseket tartalmazza: I. az alkotórészek alakítása, amelyek közül legalább egy az 1-7. Igénypontok bármelyike szerinti alumínium ötvözet forraszlemezböl van; ii. az alkotórészek szerelvénnyé történő összeszerelése; Ili. a szerelvény folyasztószer alkalmazása nélküli forrasztása inert gázatmoszférában, forrasztási hőmérsékleten, elegendő ideig ahhoz, hogy a töltőanyag megolvadjon és szétterjedjen; ív. a forrasztott szerelvény hűtése.
