Claims (9)
1. Aluminium ötvözet lemeztermék vagy extrudáit termék folyatószer nélküli keményförrasztáshoz, amely legalább egyik felületén 4 %-tól 15 %-ig terjedhető mennyiségben Sl-t tattal mázé, plattírozással felvitt alumínium töltő réteggel van ellátva, a platt rozással felvitt töltő réteg egy belső és egy külső felülettel rendelkezik, a belső felület az alumínium ötvözet mag felé néz: míg a külső felület egy 2 mg/négyzetmétertöl 45 mg/négyzeiméíerig terjedhető mennyiségben Bí-t vagy Bi-bázlsú ötvözetet tartalmazó bevonatréteg felé néz, ahol a Bi-I vagy Bi-bázísú ötvözetet tartalmazó bevonatréteg mentes minden további, a nikkelből, kobaltból, palládiumból és vasból álló csoportból kiválasztott egy vagy több fémet tartalmazó rétegtől,
2. Az 1. igénypont szerinti alumínium ötvözet anyagú lemeztermék vagy extrudáit termék, amelyben a bevonatréteg legfeljebb 30 mg/m2~es.
3. Az 1, vagy 2, igénypont szerinti alumínium ötvözet anyagú lemeztermék vagy extrudáit termék, amelyben a bevonatréteg legalább 4 mg/m2-es,
4. Az 1 ~3. igénypontok bármelyike szerinti alumínium ötvözet anyagú lemeztermék vagy extrudáit termék, amelyben a bevonatréteg Bt vagy Bí-bázisú ötvözet anyagú,
5. Az 1-4, igénypontok bármelyike szerinti aluminium ötvözet anyagú lemeztermék vagy extradait termék, amelyben a Bi vagy Bi-bázisu ötvözet anyagú bevonatréteg a termikus szórásból, kémiai gőzleválasztásból, fizikális gázleválasztásból és kinetikus energiaközléssel végzet fémezésbol álló csoportból kiválasztott technológiai eljárással van felhordva.
6. Az 5. igénypont szerinti aluminium ötvözet anyagú lemeztermék vagy extrádéit termék, ahol a fizikális gázleválasztás tartalmazza a porlasztás, az elektronsugaras gőzölés és a ka tód íves leválasztás eprásokat
7. Az 1~4. igénypontok bármelyike szerinti alumínium ötvözet anyagú lemeztermék vagy extradât termék, amelyben a 81 vagy 81-bázlsú ötvözet anyagú bevonatréteg plattirozással vagy elektroplattlrozással van fefvive. β.
Az 1-4. igénypontok bármelyike szerinti alumínium ötvözet anyagú lemeztermék vagy extradait termék, amelyben a plattirozással felvitt töltőiére réteg tömegszázalékban kifejezett összetétele 4 %~tö! 15 %~íg Si ö-től 1 %-ig Mg 0-tól 1 %-ig Fe ö-tál 2 %-ig Cu ő-tól 1.5 %-ig Mn 0-tól 15 %-ig Zn 0-tól 0,2 %-ig Ti 0-tól 0,05 %-ig Sr és a fennmaradó részben alumínium és véletlen szennyeződések.
9. Eljárás kéményforrasztásos egyesítései termék vagy keményforrasztoít elemekből álló szerelési egység előállítására, amely eljárás az alábbi lépéseket tartalmazza: a) szerkezeti elemek legalább egyike az 1-8. Igénypontok bármelyike szerinti keményförrasz lemez anyagból vagy extradait anyagból áll; b) a szerkezeti elemekből szerelési egységet képzőnk; c) a szerkezeti elemekből képzett szerelési egységen keményforrasz-folyatöszer használata nélküli keményförrasztássai keményforrasztott szerelési egységet állítunk elő a komplett szerelési egység inert kontrollált gázatmoszférában, keményforrasztási hőmérsékleten való keményforrasztásával· és d) a keményforrasztott szerelési egységet lehűtjük.
