Claims (15)

1. Postupak za ponovnu obradu otpada koji uglavnom sadržava polialkilen tereftalat, posebno polietilen tereftalat i / ili polibutilen tereftalat, u kontinuiranom postupku depolimerizacijom, pri čemu se posebno dodaje čvrsti alkalni hidroksid i / ili zemno- alkalijski hidroksid, koji se dodaje otpadu kako bi se dobila reakcijska smjesa, naznačen time, da se reakcijskoj smjesi dodatno dodaje alkilen glikol kao početni materijal, pri čemu je alkilen glikol alkilen glikol koji se može proizvesti kao produkt željene depolimerizacije, posebno monoetilen glikol, a u reakcijsku smjesu se ne dodaju daljnji reaktivni sastojci, pri čemu se za transport koristi ekstruder s dva vijčana elementa, a vijci se po mogućnosti okreću u istom smjeru.
2. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time, da se otpad drobi prije proizvodnje reakcijske smjese, po mogućnosti do veličine od najviše 3 mm.
3. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 ili 2, naznačen time, da se alkilen glikol dodaje uz maseni protok koji je odabran tako da je omjer masenog protoka otpada prema alkilen glikolu najmanje tri, posebno oko 3,3.
4. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da se alkalni hidroksid i / ili zemno-alkalijski hidroksid dodaje s protokom mase tako da je omjer alkalijskog hidroksida i / ili zemno-alkalijskog hidroksida prema polialkilen tereftalatu, s obzirom na konstitucijsku ponavljajuću jedinicu, približno stehiometrijski, posebno približno 2,4.
5. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da se reakcijska smjesa za depolimerizaciju kontinuirano prenosi kroz reaktorsku posudu, pri čemu je poželjno da se reakcijska smjesa mijesi i / ili miješa i / ili transportira i / ili vraća tijekom depolimerizacije.
6. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da se depolimerizacija provodi na temperaturi ispod vrelišta polialkilen tereftalata i / ili ispod točke vrelišta monoetilen glikola, posebno na 160 °C.
7. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da se inertni plin, po mogućnosti dušik, uvodi u reaktorsku posudu.
8. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da se alkilen glikol uklanja iz reakcijskog ispusta, po mogućnosti isparavanjem.
9. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da se u reakcijski ispust dodaje voda za otapanje krutih sastojaka, pri čemu se krute tvari po mogućnosti filtriraju iz reakcijskog ispusta.
10. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da se u reakcijski ispust dodaje kiselina kako bi se karboksilatni ioni koji nastaju tijekom depolimerizacije i prisutni su u reakcijskom pražnjenju pretvorili u kiselinu.
11. Uređaj za provođenje postupka za ponovnu obradu u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 10, naznačen time, da sadržava reaktorsku posudu koja ima transportno sredstvo i sredstvo za dovod po mogućnosti čvrstog alkalijskog hidroksida i / ili zemno-alkalijskog hidroksida i sredstvo za dovod alkilen glikola u reaktorsku posudu, pri čemu je reaktorska posuda dizajnirana kao ekstruder s dva vijčana elementa, koji se po mogućnosti okreću u istom smjeru.
