Claims (15)

1. Računalno upravljani sustav motora s izgaranjem koji sadržava: motor s unutarnjim izgaranjem (10) koji uključuje izlaznu osovinu (13), jednu ili više komora za izgaranje (23), mehanizam za pretvorbu energije konfiguriran za pretvaranje povećanja tlaka u jednoj ili više komora za izgaranje (23) u rotaciju izlazne osovine (13) i jednu ili više mlaznica za ubrizgavanje zraka (26) operativno spojenih s odgovarajućim komorama od jedne ili više komora za izgaranje, mehanički odvojenih od izlazne osovine, u fluidnoj komunikaciji s izvorom komprimiranog zraka i konfiguriranih za nesmetano ubrizgavanje komprimiranog zraka u jednu ili više komora za izgaranje (23), pri čemu motor s unutarnjim izgaranjem (10) nema usisnih ventila za otvaranje i zatvaranje protoka zraka u jednu ili više komora za izgaranje (23), osim jedne ili više mlaznica za ubrizgavanje zraka (26); kontroler (5) je operativno povezan s jednom ili više mlaznica za ubrizgavanje zraka (26) i obuhvaća procesor (310) i memoriju (320) spojenu na procesor (310) i sadržava računalno izvršne upute koje, kada ih izvršava procesor (310) uzrokuju da kontroler poduzima sljedeće radnje: primanje jednog ili više radnih ulaza koji se odnose na radni parametar motora s unutarnjim izgaranjem (10); primanje jednog ili više ulaza od jednog ili više senzora; određivanje količine komprimiranog zraka za ubrizgavanje u svaku od jedne ili više komora za izgaranje (23) motora s unutarnjim izgaranjem (10) na temelju najmanje jednog od jednog ili više ulaza iz jednog ili više senzora ili radnih ulaza; i upravljanje s najmanje jednom od većeg broja mlaznica za ubrizgavanje zraka (26) za izravno ubrizgavanje količine stlačenog zraka, kako je određeno, u svaku od jedne ili više komora za izgaranje motora s unutarnjim izgaranjem (10) na način koji daje unaprijed određeno izgaranje zapremine u odgovarajućim jedinicama jedne ili više komora za izgaranje (23), naznačen time, da jedna ili više mlaznica za ubrizgavanje zraka (26), obuhvaćaju najmanje jedan ubrizgavač goriva s direktnim ubrizgavanjem goriva (GDI) ili ubrizgavač / mlaznicu goriva za ubrizgavanje stratificiranog goriva (FSI).

Računalno upravljani sustav motora s izgaranjem u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time, da računalno izvršne upute nadalje uzrokuju da kontroler izvršava sljedeće radnje: određivanje količine goriva za ubrizgavanje u jednu ili više komora za izgaranje (23) motora s unutarnjim izgaranjem (10); i upravljanje jednom ili više mlaznica za ubrizgavanje goriva (26) za izravno ubrizgavanje goriva u jednu ili više komora za izgaranje (23).

Računalno upravljani sustav motora s izgaranjem u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time, da računalno izvršive upute nadalje dovode do toga da kontroler provodi radnje pokretanja rotacije izlazne osovine motora s unutarnjim izgaranjem radom najmanje jedne od jedne ili više mlaznica za ubrizgavanje zraka (26) za izravno ubrizgavanje zraka u barem jednu od većeg broja komora za izgaranje (23), upravljanjem barem jedne od jedne ili više mlaznica za ubrizgavanje goriva (26) za izravno ubrizgavanje goriva u barem jednu od jedne ili više komora za izgaranje (23) i paljenje goriva u najmanje jednoj od komora za izgaranje (23).

Računalno upravljani sustav motora s izgaranjem u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time, da primanje jednog ili više ulaza od jednog ili više senzora uključuje primanje ulaza od jednog ili više senzora goriva, senzora ispuha, senzora položaja izlazne osovine, globalnog sustava pozicioniranja (GPS), osjetnika tlaka zraka, osjetnika temperature zraka, osjetnika tlaka goriva ili osjetnik kucanja.
7. Računalno upravljani sustav motora s izgaranjem u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time, da je regulator (5) konfiguriran za jedno ili više od sljedećeg: upravljanja jednom ili više mlaznica za ubrizgavanje zraka (26) neovisno jedna o drugoj za ubrizgavanje zraka u jednu ili više komora za izgaranje (23), upravljanje jednom ili više mlaznica za ubrizgavanje goriva (26) neovisno jedna o drugoj za ubrizgavanje goriva u jednu ili više komora za izgaranje (23) ili za upravljanje jednim ili više ispušnih ventila neovisno jedan o drugome između otvorenog i zatvorenog položaja.
8. Računalno upravljani sustav motora s izgaranjem u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time, da nadalje sadržava jedan ili više senzora koji su operativno povezani s motorom s unutarnjim izgaranjem (10) i konfigurirani za otkrivanje jednog ili više stanja povezanih s radom motora s unutarnjim izgaranjem, jednog ili više senzora dodatno operativno povezanih s regulatorom (5) i konfiguriranog za slanje signala povezanih s otkrivenom jednom ili više temperatura zraka za ubrizgavanje, tlaka zraka za ubrizgavanje, tlaka goriva za ubrizgavanje ili količine kisika prisutnog u ispuhu.
9. Računalno upravljani sustav motora s izgaranjem u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 8, naznačen time, da je regulator (5) konfiguriran za rad najmanje jedne od jedne ili više mlaznica za ubrizgavanje zraka (26) ili jednog ili više ispušnih ventila, barem djelomično na temelju signala primljenih od jednog ili više senzora i po želji pri čemu motor s unutarnjim izgaranjem (10) uključuje jedan ili više cilindara, jedan ili više klipova koji su pomično smješteni u odgovarajuće cilindre jednog ili više cilindara i operativno su povezani s izlaznom osovinom, tako da pomicanje klipova u cilindrima proizvodi rotaciju izlazne osovine (13), a najmanje jedan od jednog ili više senzora je konfiguriran za otkrivanje orijentacije izlazne osovine (13).
10. Računalno upravljani sustav motora s izgaranjem u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time, da računalno izvršne upute nadalje uzrokuju da regulator (5) provodi povećanje unaprijed određenog volumena izgaranja u najmanje jednoj komori za izgaranje (23) od jedne ili više komora za izgaranja (23) povećanjem količine komprimiranog zraka ubrizganog u najmanje jednu komoru za izgaranje (23), pri čemu je količina komprimiranog zraka ubrizganog u najmanje jednu komoru za izgaranje (23) veća od zapremine cilindra najmanje jedne komore za izgaranje (23).

Postupak upravljanja motorom s unutarnjim izgaranjem, naznačen time, da uključuje: primanje jednog ili više radnih ulaza koji se odnose na radni parametar motora s unutarnjim izgaranjem (10); primanje jednog ili više ulaza od jednog ili više senzora; određivanje količine komprimiranog zraka za ubrizgavanje u jednu ili više komora za izgaranje (23) motora s unutarnjim izgaranjem (10) na temelju najmanje jednog ili više ulaza jednog ili više senzora ili jednog ili više radnih ulaza; stvaranje unaprijed određenog volumena izgaranja u odgovarajućim komorama jedne ili više komora za izgaranje (23) ubrizgavanjem količine komprimiranog zraka, utvrđenog na temelju jednog ili više ulaza jednog ili više senzora, u jednu ili više komora za izgaranje (23) motora s unutarnjim izgaranjem upravljajući jednom ili više mlaznica za ubrizgavanje zraka (26) koje su operativno povezane s jednom ili više komora za izgaranje (23), jednom ili više mlaznica za ubrizgavanje zraka (26), uključujući najmanje jednu mlaznicu za ubrizgavanje goriva za izravno ubrizgavanja goriva (GDI) ili mlaznicu goriva za ubrizgavanje stratificiranog goriva, pri čemu motor s unutarnjim izgaranjem (10) nema usisne ventile za otvaranje i zatvaranje protoka zraka u jednu ili više komora za izgaranje (23), osim jedne ili više mlaznica za ubrizgavanje zraka (26); ubrizgavanje unaprijed određene količine goriva u jednu ili više komora za izgaranje (23) motora s unutarnjim izgaranjem (10); i izgaranje goriva u jednoj ili više komora za izgaranje (23), koje okreću izlazno vratilo motora s unutarnjim izgaranjem (10).

Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 12, naznačen time, da ubrizgavanje količine komprimiranog zraka u jednu ili više komora za izgaranje (23) motora s unutarnjim izgaranjem uključuje održavanje jedne ili više mlaznica za ubrizgavanje zraka (26) otvorenima tijekom unaprijed određenog razdoblja i nesmetani protok zraka u jednu ili više komora za izgaranje (23).
14.
