Claims (9)
1. Metoda za proizvodnju slojevite pločice (1), koja sadrži međusobno povezane keramičku pločicu (2) i betonsko tijelo (3), pri čemu navedena metoda obuhvaća korake:
- nanošenje organskog osnovnog premaza na prvu površinu navedene keramičke pločice (2),
- opcionalno postavljanje navedene keramičke pločice (2) u kalup (9), izlažući navedenu prvu površinu,
- nanošenje ne tekuće betonske smjese na gornju stranu prve površine navedene pločice (2),
- obuhvaća korak sabijanja navedenog betona nakon nanošenja istog u kalup,
- prethodno očvršćivanje navedene betonske smjese za dobivanje zelenog proizvoda,
- uklanjanje navedenog proizvoda iz kalupa, i
- potpuno očvršćivanje navedenog betona za dobivanje navedene slojevite pločice (1), gdje je navedeni osnovni premaz sačinjen od stiren butadiena ili poliuretanskog polimera.
2. Metoda prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, koja obuhvaća korak dodavanja kvarcnog pijeska navedenom osnovnom premazu u opsegu do 1 mm.
3. Metoda prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, koja obuhvaća korak nanošenja betona sa otvorenom strukturom.
4. Metoda prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, gdje navedena betonska smjesa sadrži kao agregat najmanje jedno od pijeska, granulata, cementa i šljake iz visoke peći.
5. Metoda prema patentnom zahtjevu 3, gdje navedeni pijesak ima prosječnu dimenziju čestica od maksimalno 4 mm, a navedeni granulat ima prosječnu dimenziju čestica između 2 i 8 mm.
6. Metoda prema patentnom zahtjevu 3 ili 4, gdje navedena betonska smjesa sadrži pijesak u količini od između 15 i 30%, poželjno između 20 i 25%; sadrži navedeni granulat u količini od između 55 i 75%, poželjno između 62 i 69%; sadrži navedeni cement u količini od između 4 i 12%, poželjno između 6 i 10%; i sadrži navedenu šljaku iz visoke peći u količini od između 2 i 6%, poželjno između 3 i 5%; svi % izračunati na osnovu težine.
7. Metoda prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, koja obuhvaća korak zgušnjavanja navedene betonske smjese prije nego što ona očvrsne, primjenom pritiska od najmanje 2 bara, poželjno najmanje 2,5 bara, poželjno u kombinaciji sa vibracijskim kretanjem navedenog betona, tijekom najmanje 10 sekundi, poželjno najmanje 20 sekundi, poželjnije najmanje 30 sekundi.
8. Slojevita pločica (1), koja sadrži međusobno povezane keramičku pločicu (2) i betonsko tijelo (3), pri čemu su navedena pločica (2) i betonsko tijelo (3) povezani organskim osnovnim premazom, gdje je navedeni osnovni premaz sačinjen od stiren butadiena ili poliuretanskog polimera.
9. Slojevita pločica (1) prema patentnom zahtjevu 8, gdje navedeni osnovni premaz sadrži dodani kvarcni pijesak u opsegu do 1 mm.
