Claims (18)
1. Postupak oksidacije metanola u fiksnom sloju do formaldehida, naznačen time, da katalitički sloj sadržava najmanje dva sloja različitog katalitičkog djelovanja, od kojih je sloj niže aktivnosti unutar dijela sloja u koji ulazi smjesa reakcijskih plinova i njegova aktivnost je kalibrirana kako bi se u zoni žarišta sloja postigla maksimalna temperatura žarišta u rasponu od 360 °C do 410 °C, pri čemu je maksimalna temperatura žarišta sloja niže aktivnosti od 30 °C do 90 °C viša od maksimalne temperature žarišta sloja veće aktivnosti; pri čemu spomenute temperature od 30 °C do 90 °C određuju konverziju metanola veću od 96 molarnih udjela, a pri čemu katalizator koji se koristi u slojevima različitog djelovanja ima formulu Fe2(MoO4)3 / MoO3, pri čemu je odnos Mo / Fe od 1 do 6, a sloj niže katalitičke aktivnosti nastaje od smjese čistog katalizatora i inertnog materijala ili se dobiva djelovanjem na površinu (BET) katalizatora, pri čemu sloj veće aktivnosti stvara čisti katalizator.
2. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time, da maksimalno temperaturno stanje žarišta traje najmanje 50 % ukupnog vijeka trajanja katalizatora.
3. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time, da maksimalno temperaturno stanje žarišta traje najmanje 80 % ukupnog vijeka trajanja katalizatora.
4. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time, da se katalitička aktivnost sloja niže aktivnosti kalibrira djelujući na stupanj razrjeđenja čistog katalizatora.
5. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time, da duljina donjeg sloja aktivnosti iznosi 20 do 60 % duljine katalitičkog sloja.
6. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 5, naznačen time, da je visina sloja s nižom aktivnošću 40 do 60 % visine katalitičkog sloja.
7. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time, da je ulazna temperatura smjese reakcijskih plinova od 90 °C do 200 °C.
8. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 7, naznačen time, da je ulazna temperatura od 110 °C do 160 °C.
9. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačen time, da se provodi u reaktoru s cijevnim snopom, čije su cijevi uronjene u tekućinu za cirkulaciju rashladne tekućine formiranu od ulja, rastopljenih soli ili bilo koje druge tekućine s visokim vrelištem pogodne za prijenos topline.
10. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 9, naznačen time, da je temperatura tekućine za hlađenje od 240 °C do 330 °C.
11. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 10, naznačen time, da je temperatura tekućine za hlađenje od 250 °C do 320 °C.
12. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 11, naznačen time, da se metanol i kisik koriste u volumnim koncentracijama na ulazu od 6 do 12 %, odnosno 6 do 21 %, linearna brzina protoka plina je 0,8 do 3 Nm / sek. a tlak 1 do 3 bara apsolutnog tlaka.
13. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 12, naznačen time, da je koncentracija metanola 8 do 12 volumnih postotaka.
14. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 13, naznačen time, da je koncentracija metanola 9 do 11 volumnih postotaka.
15. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 12, naznačen time, da tlak iznosi 1 do 2,3 bara apsolutnog tlaka.
16. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 15, naznačen time, da su katalizator i inertni materijal u obliku šupljih granula definirane geometrijske konfiguracije.
17. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 16, naznačen time, da su šuplje granule cilindričnog oblika s kružnim trokrilnim presjekom u pri čemu režnjevi imaju prolazne otvore paralelne s osi granule.
18. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 17, naznačen time, da katalizator sadržava cerijev molibdat u količini od 0,1 - 10 težinskih udjela.
