Claims (28)
1. Vatrostalna, vulkanizirana mješavina polimera koja kao polimernu komponentu sadrži najmanje jedan olefinski elastomer bez halogena iz skupine M sa zasićenim glavnim lancem uz udio veći od 70 phr u odnosu na polimerne sastojke, gdje je udio omekšivača mineralnog ulja u mješavini manji od ili jednak 50 phr, te gdje su polimerna komponenta ili polimerne komponente mješavine jednofazne i homogene, naznačen time
što kao sredstva za vatrostalnost sadrži najmanje jedan ili kombinaciju različitih metalnih hidrata bez halogena koji otpuštaju vodu uz udio od ukupno 60 do 100 phr,
što je vulkanizirani matriks načinjen uz pomoć sumpora ili sustava za umrežavanje koji sadrži sumpor, gdje se sustav za umrežavanje pruža po cijelom matriksu i posve ga prožima,
te što cijela mješavina ne sadrži halogene.
2. Mješavina u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačena time što sadrži omekšivač mineralnog ulja uz maksimalan udio manji od ili jednak 20 phr, po mogućnosti manji od ili jednak 10 phr, i/ili što mješavina ne sadrži omekšivače mineralnog ulja.
3. Mješavina u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što sadrži olefinski elastomer bez halogena uz udio od 100 phr kao jedinu polimernu komponentu.
4. Mješavina u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što kao sredstva za vatrostalnost sadrži magnezijev hidroksid (MDH) i/ili aluminijev hidroksid (ATH), po mogućnosti njihovu smjesu, i/ili što su sredstva za vatrostalnost čvrsta i u obliku praha ili u kristalnom obliku.

Mješavina u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što je olefinski elastomer homopolimer ili kopolimer ili terpolimer načinjen od ili ima dienske monomerne jedinice, osobito terpolimer koji se sastoji od etilena, propilena i dien koji sadrži termonomer, po mogućnosti uz udio termonomera od najmanje 0 %, težinski, do 12 %, težinski, u odnosu na olefinski elastomer.

Mješavina u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što olefinski elastomer se bira iz skupine koju čine etilen-propilen-dienska guma (EPDM) i etilen-propilenska guma (EPM) i/ili što mješavina etilen-propilen-dienske gume (EPDM) i etilen-propilenske gume (EPM) postoji kao jednopolimerne komponente.

Mješavina u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što je olefinski elastomer guma s bočnom nezasićenom skupinom, osobito etilen-propilen-dienska guma (EPDM), koja po mogućnosti ima nekonjugirane dienske monomerne jedinice, koje se bira iz skupine koju čine 1,3-butadien, 2-metil-1,3-butadien (izopren), 2,3-dimetil-1,3-butadien, 1,3-pentadien, 1,3-ciklopentadien, diciklopentadien, 2-metil-1,3-pentadien, 1,3-heksadien, 1,4-heksadien, 1,4-cikloheksadien, tetrahidroinden, metiltetrahidroinden, etilidennorbornen ili 5-etiliden-2-norbornen (ENB), 5-metilen-2-norbornen (MNB), 1,6-oktadien, 5-metil-1,4-heksadien, 3,7-dimetil-1,6-oktadien, 5-izopropiliden-2-norbornen, 5-vinil-2-norbornen (VNB), gdje je etilen-propilen-dienska guma (EPDM) po mogućnosti terpolimer načinjen od etilena, propilena i 5-etiliden-2-norbornena (ENB) ili diciklopentadiena (DCPD).
8. Mješavina u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što sadrži najmanje jednu dodatnu polimernu komponentu, osobito elastomer iz skupine R ili iz skupine Q (silikon) ili termoplastični polimer, gdje su osobito polimerne komponente mješavine prisutne kao homogena polimerna smjesa odn. mješavina.
9. Mješavina u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što kao dodatnu polimernu komponentu sadrži termoplastični polimer koji sadrži vinil-acetat, osobito homopolimer, kopolimer ili terpolimer vinil-acetata i po mogućnosti se bira iz skupine koju čine polivinil-acetat (PVAc) ili etilen-vinil-acetat (EVA).
10. Mješavina u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što polimer koji sadrži vinil-acetat ima talište ili početak raspona taljenja manji od 150 °C, po mogućnosti manji od 100 °C, te što polimer koji sadrži vinil-acetat ima udio vinil-acetata od 40 do 75 %, težinski, i/ili što je, po potrebi neumreženi, polimer koji sadrži vinil-acetat sadržan u udjelu od 0 do 50 phr.
11. Mješavina u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što sadrži sljedeće polimerne komponente:
– etilen-propilen-diensku gumu (EPDM) ili
– etilen-propilensku gumu (EPM) ili
– etilen-propilen-diensku gumu (EPDM) i etilen-vinil-acetat (EVA) kao homogenu polimernu smjesu, ili
– etilen-propilensku gumu (EPM) i etilen-vinil-acetat (EVA) kao homogenu polimernu smjesu, ili
– etilen-propilen-diensku gumu (EPDM) i polivinil-acetat (PVAc) kao homogenu polimernu smjesu, ili
– etilen-propilensku gumu (EPM) i polivinil-acetat (PVAc) kao homogenu polimernu smjesu.
12. Mješavina u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što je polimerna smjesa dizajnirana kao međusobno prožimajuća smjesa lanaca polimera koji sadrži vinil-acetat s, primjerice sumporom umreženih, elastomernim lancima i/ili što su polimerne komponente prisutne kao kemijski u grubu mrežu umrežene trodimenzijski umrežene molekule.
13. Mješavina u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što su polimerna komponenta ili polimerne komponente mješavine jednofazne i homogene, bez makroskopskog ili pod svjetlosnim mikroskopom vidljivog razdvajanja faza, te što su polimerne komponente prisutne jedna u odnosu na drugu kao uglavnom jednofazna i homogena smjesa, osobito bez makroskopskog ili pod svjetlosnim mikroskopom vidljivog razdvajanja faza, i/ili što mješavina, polimerne komponente ili polimerna smjesa ne sadrži dispergirane vulkanizirane elastomerne čestice, a osobito ne sadrži elastomerne čestice ili domene gume srednjeg promjera većeg od 0,5 µm, osobito većeg od 0,1 µm, po mogućnosti većeg od 0,01 µm.
14. Mješavina u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što mješavina i u rasponu temperatura upotrebe i u rasponu povišenih temperatura, osobito privremeno također na 150 do 200 °C, ima elastomerna svojstva ili isključivo elastomerna no ne i termoplastična svojstva, a termoplastična svojstva se povuku u pozadinu ili uopće nisu prisutna, ili što mješavina nije dizajnirana kao termoplastični elastomer (TPE), osobito ne kao termoplastični elastomer na bazi olefina (TPE-O) ili kao umreženi termoplastični elastomer na bazi olefina (TPE-V).
15. Mješavina u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što mješavina u rasponu temperatura do 200 °C nema maksimum taljenja, što je izmjereno dinamičnom diferencijalnom pretražnom klalorimetrijom.
16. Mješavina u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što mješavina u rasponu temperatura od sobne temperature do otprilike 200 °C ima faktor gubitka (odnos između modula gubitka i modula spremanja uz naprezanje dinamičnog smicanja) od tan δ < 0,3.
17. Mješavina u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što je se proizvodi ili je se može dobiti proizvodnjom polimernih komponenata miješanjem polimernih komponenata do homogene smjese i, osobito nakon toga, uključivanjem sredstva za umrežavanje, sredstava za vatrostalnost i dodatnih aditiva i/ili pomoćnih tvari, uz izbjegavanje umrežavanja i/ili vulkaniziranja, po mogućnosti na temperaturi od najviše 110 °C, uz naknadno oblikovanje i vulkaniziranje, osobito na povišenoj temperaturi i po potrebi pod tlakom, gdje se vulkaniziranje ne provodi uz naprezanje smicanja.
18. Mješavina u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što je se može dobiti statičnim vulkaniziranjem uz izbjegavanje naprezanja smicanja ili uz izbjegavanje dinamičnog vulkaniziranja, osobito nakon što je gotovo oblikovanje.
19. Mješavina u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što sljedeća mješavina sadrži:
– etilen-propilen-diensku gumu (EPDM) ili etilen-propilensku gumu (EPM): 70-100 phr,
– polimer koji sadrži vinil-acetat, osobito etilen-vinil-acetat (EVA): 0-30 phr,
– omekšivač mineralnog ulja: 0-10 phr,
– sredstvo za vatrostalnost, osobito aluminijev hidroksid (ATH): 60 do 100 phr,
– čađa: 0-80 phr,
– preostale pomoćne tvari, aditivi itd.
20. Mješavina u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što ima tvrdoću od 40 do 90 Shore A, po mogućnosti 55 do 85, Shore A i/ili vlačnu čvrstoću > 5 MPa, po mogućnosti > 7 MPa, i/ili abraziju < 400 mm3, po mogućnosti < 300 mm3, i/ili gustoću < 1,4 g/cm3, po mogućnosti < 1,3 g/cm3, i/ili MARHE vrijednost (ISO 5660-1) < 90 kw/m2, osobito < 60 kW/m2, te ispunjava normu EN 45545-2.
21. Postupak proizvodnje mješavine u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što
– najprije se jednu ili više polimernih komponenata, sredstvo za umrežavanje, jedno ili više sredstava za vatrostalnost i po potrebi dodatne aditive i pomoćne tvari miješa uz izbjegavanje umrežavanja i/ili vulkaniziranja kako bi se dobilo homogenu smjesu,
– zatim slijedi korak oblikovanja,
– te se zatim, najranije tijekom ili na kraju oblikovanja, osobito nakon što je oblikovanje gotovo, vulkaniziranje provodi kao statično, nedinamično vulkaniziranje uz izbjegavanje naprezanja smicanja.
22. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 21, naznačen time što se pravljenje smjese prije oblikovanja provodi na temperaturi i u vremenskom periodu koji nisu kritični za prerano vulkaniziranje, osobito na temperaturi od najviše 125 °C, po mogućnosti u rasponu od 50 °C do najviše 110 °C, i/ili što su smjesa odn. jedna ili više polimernih komponenata prisutne tijekom miješanja u omekšanom stanju.
23. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 21 ili 22, naznačen time što se oblikovanje provodi na temperaturi i u vremenskom periodu koji nisu kritični za prerano vulkaniziranje, osobito na temperaturi od najviše 130 °C, osobito u rasponu od 70 °C do 100 °C.
24. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva 21 do 23, naznačen time što se vulkaniziranje provodi na temperaturi od najviše 240 °C, osobito u rasponu od 160 °C do 180 °C, po mogućnosti na višoj temperaturi nego miješanje i/ili oblikovanje, osobito pod tlakom od 100 do 200 bara.
25. Mješavina osobito u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 20, naznačena time što je se može dobiti postupkom u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 21 do 24.
26. Vatrostalni artikl, naznačen time što sadrži/ili se sastoji od mješavine u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva.
27. Elastični vatrostalni kompozitni element, pogodan za prigušivanje vibracija i za ovjes opruge, naznačen time što ima osnovno tijelo, osobito načinjeno od gume, koje u najmanju ruku djelomično ili po odjeljcima, na svojoj vanjskoj površini, po potrebi na svojoj cijeloj vanjskoj površini, ima najmanje jednu oblogu načinjenu od mješavine u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva.
28. Upotreba mješavine, artikla ili kompozitnog elementa u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što se mješavinu, artikl ili kompozitni element upotrebljava kao element opruge, amortizirajući element, brtvu, cijev, strunjaču, oblikovni element, zaštitnu oblogu, kao elastomerni profil.
