Claims (13)
1. Postupak jetkanja elektročelik koji sadrži silicij, naznačen time što se sastoji u obradi elektročelika koji sadrži silicij smjesom koja sadrži HCl, HF, Fe3+, te Fe2+; gdje je koncentracija HF manja od 3% tež./vol; , te gdje koncentracija Fe3+ nije manja od 2% tež./vol.
2. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što se koncentracija Fe3+ kreće od 2% tež./vol. do 8% tež./vol.
3. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što se koncentracija HCl kreće od 6% tež./vol. do 15% tež./vol.
4. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što se koncentracija HF kreće od 1 do 2% tež./vol.
