Claims (3)
- 珪素鋼板材が順次通過して珪素鋼板材の酸洗を行う複数の酸洗槽を備え、
酸洗槽との間で酸洗液を循環させるサーキュレーションタンクをそれぞれの酸洗槽に対応して設け、
サーキュレーションタンクから酸洗槽へ酸洗液を供給する経路上に、酸洗液を所定温度に保持する第1熱交換器を備え、
複数のサーキュレーションタンクの酸洗液を循環させるとともに、酸洗液を再生する酸洗液再生設備を有する第1循環ルートを備え、
少なくとも、珪素鋼板材の進行方向の最上流側の酸洗槽に対応するサーキュレーションタンクから直接酸洗液を取り出して酸洗液をサーキュレーションタンクとの間で循環させる第2循環ルートを備え、
第2循環ルートに、サーキュレーションタンクとの間で循環する酸洗液中のSiO2を除去処理するSiO2除去装置を備えてなり、
SiO2除去装置は、
酸洗液が供給される反応槽と、
反応槽内の酸洗液に対して、珪素鋼板材の珪素含有量に応じて凝集剤を添加する凝集剤添加手段と、
反応槽の下流側に設けられ、反応槽で凝集剤が添加された酸洗液中のSiO2を沈殿分離して、SiO2が分離された酸洗液をサーキュレーションタンクに送る凝集沈殿式分離槽と、
反応槽の上流側に設けられ、酸洗液を所定温度に保持する第2熱交換器と、を有する
ことを特徴とする連続酸洗設備。 - 珪素鋼板材が順次通過して珪素鋼板材の酸洗を行う複数の酸洗槽を備え、
酸洗槽との間で酸洗液を循環させるサーキュレーションタンクをそれぞれの酸洗槽に対応して設け、
サーキュレーションタンクから酸洗槽へ酸洗液を供給する経路上に、酸洗液を所定温度に保持する第1熱交換器を備え、
第1熱交換器の上流及び下流側に連通して、洗浄液を循環させることで第1熱交換器を洗浄する固定又は着脱可能に接続される第1熱交換器洗浄装置を備え、
複数のサーキュレーションタンクの酸洗液を循環させるとともに、酸洗液を再生する酸洗液再生設備を有する第1循環ルートを備え、
少なくとも、珪素鋼板材の進行方向の最上流側の酸洗槽に対応するサーキュレーションタンクから直接酸洗液を取り出して酸洗液をサーキュレーションタンクとの間で循環させる第2循環ルートを備え、
第2循環ルートに、サーキュレーションタンクとの間で循環する酸洗液中のSiO2を除去処理するSiO2除去装置を備えてなり、
SiO2除去装置は、
酸洗液が供給される反応槽と、
反応槽内の酸洗液に対して、珪素鋼板材の珪素含有量に応じて凝集剤を添加する凝集剤添加手段と、
反応槽の下流側に設けられ、反応槽で凝集剤が添加された酸洗液中のSiO2を沈殿分離して、SiO2が分離された酸洗液をサーキュレーションタンクに送る凝集沈殿式分離槽と、
反応槽の上流側に設けられ、酸洗液を所定温度に保持する第2熱交換器と、
第2熱交換器の上流側と凝集沈殿式分離槽の下流側に連通して、洗浄液を循環させることで第2熱交換器を洗浄する固定又は着脱可能に接続される第2熱交換器洗浄装置と、を有する
ことを特徴とする連続酸洗設備。 - 珪素鋼板材が順次通過して珪素鋼板材の酸洗を行う複数の酸洗槽を備え、
複数の酸洗槽の酸洗液を循環させるとともに、酸洗液を再生する酸洗液再生設備を有する第1循環ルートを備え、
少なくとも、珪素鋼板材の進行方向の最上流側の酸洗槽から直接酸洗液を取り出して酸洗液を酸洗槽との間で循環させる第2循環ルートを備え、
第2循環ルートに、酸洗槽との間で循環する酸洗液中のSiO2を除去処理するSiO2除去装置を備えてなり、
SiO2除去装置は、
酸洗液が供給される反応槽と、
反応槽内の酸洗液に対して、珪素鋼板材の珪素含有量に応じて凝集剤を添加する凝集剤添加手段と、
反応槽の下流側に設けられ、反応槽で凝集剤が添加された酸洗液中のSiO2を沈殿分離して、SiO2が分離された酸洗液を酸洗槽に送る凝集沈殿式分離槽と、
反応槽の上流側に設けられ、酸洗液を所定温度に保持する第2熱交換器と、
第2熱交換器の上流側と凝集沈殿式分離槽の下流側に連通して、洗浄液を循環させることで第2熱交換器を洗浄する固定又は着脱可能に接続される第2熱交換器洗浄装置と、を有する
ことを特徴とする連続酸洗設備。
