Claims (4)
- 물 100중량부당 불산 2~5중량부, 염산 0.1~3중량부, 과산화수소 0.5~3중량부 및 Na2MoO4 0.01~0.1중량부를 포함하는 산세조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 나아가 비이온성 계면활성제를 0.1~200mg/L 포함함을 특징으로 하는 산세조성물.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 비이온성 계면활성제는 글리세린, 글루코스, 지당, 아미노알콜등의 다가알코올 및 폴리에틸렌글리콜로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 산세조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 교반 또는 펌프하여 순화시키거나 혹은 공기를 주입하여 혼합하면서 산세에 적용함을 특징으로 하는 산세조성물.
