Claims (23)
1. Uređaj za implantaciju stanica u tijelo pacijenta, koji sadrži:
poroznu noseću strukturu koji sadrži barem jednu komoru s proksimalnim krajem i distalnim krajem, ta porozna noseća struktura s porama veličine koja olakšavaju rast vaskularnih i vezivnih tkiva u najmanje jednoj komori; i
najmanje jedan odvojivi čep koji je postavljen tako da se nalazi unutar najmanje jedne komore; pri čemu porozna noseća struktura sadrži polipropilensku mrežicu.
2. Uređaj sukladno zahtjevu 1, pri čemu najmanje jedna komora sadrži otvor na jednom ili oba od navedenih proksimalnog kraja ili distalnog kraja komore, i pri čemu uređaj sadrži:
najmanje jedan dvoslojni sustav koji sadrži vanjski čep oblikovan na jezgru najmanje jedne komore, i unutrnji čep koji je oblikovan jezgri unutar vanjskog čepa; i
najmanje jedan zatvarač od proksimalnog i distalnog kraja komore.
3. Uređaj sukladno zahtjevu 1, koji dalje sadrži neporozni pokretni poklopac povezan s polipropilenskom mrežicom na otvoru na samo jednom kraju najmanje jedne komore i/ili zatvarač za zatvaranje otvora, pri čemu zatvarač po izboru sadrži kiruršku spojku ili kirurški konac.
4. Uređaj sukladno bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu, pri čemu je bar dio porozne noseće strukture prevučen s jednim ili više biorazgradivih materijala koji ispunjavaju pore porozne noseće strukture.
5. Uređaj sukladno zahtjevu 4, pri čemu biorazgradivi materijali sadrže najmanje jedan od čimbenika rasta, antifibrotno sredstvo, polimer, i/ili tvari za stimulaciju angiogeneze i ugradnje tkiva u najmanje jednu poroznu komoru, i/ili pri čemu je bar dio porozne noseće strukture hrapav da stimulira ugradnju tkiva u najmanje jednu poroznu komoru.
6. Uređaj sukladno bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu,, pri čemu porozna noseća struktura sadrži više komora koje su bočno povezane i po izboru sadrže zajednički zatvarač za više komora ili zatvarač za svaku komoru.
7. Uređaj sukladno zahtjevu 6, pri čemu je najmanje jedan zatvarač polimerni film koji je ultrazvučno zavaren za poroznu noseću strukturu.
8. Uređaj sukladno zahtjevu 2, pri čemu vanjski čep i unutarnji čep sadrže mehanizme komplementarnog zatvaranja.
9. Uređaj sukladno zahtjevu 8, pri čemu unutranja stijenka vanjskog čepa sadrži najmanje jedanu izbočinu po duljini vanjskog čepa.
10. Uređaj sukladno bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu, pri čemu porozna noseća struktura dopušta rast vaskularnih i vezivnih tkiva u poroznoj komori koja okružuje najmanje jedan sustav čepova u neovaskulariziranoj matrici kolagena i pri čemu se odstranjivanjem sustava čepova iz te komore unutar komore stvara prostor koji je kapsuliran neovaskulariziranom matricom kolagena.
11. Uređaj sukladno bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu, pri čemu je bar dio porozne noseće strukture prevučen s jednim ili više vaskularnih endotelnih faktora rasta (VEGF), polimerom koji eluira lijek, kolagen, fibronektin, membranu od citoskeletnih proteina, polietilen-iminom, dekstran sulfat poli(vinilsiloksan)ekopolimerpoli-etilenimin, fosforilkolin, poli(etilen glikol), poli(mliječno-glikolnu kiselinu), poli(mliječnom kiselinu), polihidroksivalert i kopolimer, polihidroksibutirat i kopolimer, polidiaksanon, polianhidrid, poli(amino kiselinu), poli(ortoestr), poliestr, kolagen, želatinu, celulozni polimer, kitosani, alginat, fibronektin, ekstracelularni matriks protein, vinkulin, agrom, agarozom, hijaluronsku kiselinu, matrigel i njihove kombinacijama.
12. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 2, da nadalje sadrži uređaj za isporuku stanica koji sadrži najmanje jednu cijev za infuziju stanica konfiguriranu tako da se nalazi unutar vanjskog čepa.
13. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 12, pri čemu uređaj za isporuku stanica nadalje sadrži konektor koji je konfiguriran tako da se spoji s vanjskim čepom kada se najmanje jedna cijev za infuziju stanica umetne u vanjski čep i pri čemu opcijski konektor sadrži kopču za spajanje vanjskog čepa i pri čemu opcijski spoj konektora s vanjskim čepom omogućava da se konektor i vanjski čep izvuku iz uređaja kao jedinstveni sklop.
14. Uređaj sukladno bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu, pri čemu porozna noseća struktura sadrži jednu komoru, dvije komore, tri komore, četiri komore, pet komora, šest komora, sedam komora, osam komora ili deset ili više komora.
15. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 1, pri čemu uređaj sadrži kapsulirane stanice unutar komore.
16. Uređaj sukladno bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu, za primjenu u postupku transplantacije stanica u tijelo domaćina koji sadrži korake:
a. osiguranje uređaja koji se može implantirati za držanje stanica u tijelu pacijenta, pri čemu uređaj koji se može implantirati sadrži:
poroznu noseću strukturu koja sadrži najmanje jednu komoru koja ima otvor na jednom ili oba od proksimalnog kraja i distalnog kraja komore, pri čemu porozna noseća struktura ima pore dimenzionirane tako da olakšaju rast vaskularnih i vezivnih tkiva u poroznoj nosećoj strukturi;
najmanje jedan sustav s dva čepa koji je konfiguriran tako da bude smješten unutar najmanje jedne komore; i
najmanje jedan zatvarač konfiguriran tako da obuhvati otvor na jednom ili oba od bližeg kraja i daljeg kraja porozne noseće strukture;
pri čemu najmanje jedan sustav s dva čepa sadrži vanjski čep koji je konfiguriran tako da bude pozicioniran unutar najmanje jedne komore, i unutrašnji čep koji je konfigurisan tako da bude smješten unutar vanjskog čepa;
b. implantaciju uređaja u tijelo domaćina;
c. održavanje uređaja u tijelu pacijenta sve dok se uređaj infiltrira u vaskularna i vezivna tkiva;
d. osiguravanje uređaja za isporuku stanica koji sadrži najmanje jednu cijev za infuziju stanica napunjenu preparatom na bazi stanica, pri čemu je cijev za infuziju stanica konfigurirana tako da bude postavljena unutar vanjskog čepa;
e. pristupanje implantiranom uređaju kroz kirurški rez i otvaranje najmanje jednog zatvarača;
f. izvlačenje unutarnjeg čepa iz sustava s dva čepa;
g. umetanje cijevi za infuziju stanica unutar vanjskog čepa;
h. izvlačenje vanjskog čepa iz najmanje jedne komore i infuziju preparata na osnovi stanica u komoru; i
i. ponovno zatvaranje najmanje jednog zatvarača.
17. Uređaj sukladno zahtjevu 16, za primjenu u postupku transplantacije stanica u tijelo domaćina, pri čemu postupak dalje sadrži korak snimanja porozne noseće strukture prije isporuke stanica.
18. Uređaj sukladno zahtjevu 16 ili 17, za primjenu u postupku transplantacije stanica u tijelo pacijenta, pri čemu preparat na osnovi stanica sadrži jednu ili više od slijedećih vrsta: otočiće Langerhans stanica, Sertolijeve stanice, mezenhimalne matične stanice, matične stanice, stanice krvi iz pupčane vrpce, matične stanice embrija, stanice ili stanične linije dobivene genetskim inženjeringom ili njihovu kombinaciju.
19. Uređaj sukladno zahtjevu 16, 17 ili 18, za primjenu u postupku transplantacije stanica u tijelo pacijenta, pri čemu preparat na osnovi stanica sadrži alogenske stanice, ksenogenske stanice, stanice dobivene od pacijenta ili singenske donorske stanice.
20. Uređaj sukladno bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu, 16-19, za primjenu u postupku transplantacije stanica u tijelo pacijenta, pri čemu preparat na osnovi stanica sadrži stanice ili linije stanica dobivene genetskim inženjeringom.
21. Uređaj sukladno bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu, 16-20, za primjenu u postupku transplantacije stanica u tijelo pacijenta, pri čemu te stanice sadrže otočiće Langerhans i Sertoli stanice.
22. Uređaj sukladno bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu, 16-21, za primjenu u postupku transplantacije stanica u tijelo pacijenta, pri čemu preparat na osnovi stanica sadrži kapsulirane stanice.
23. Uređaj sukladno zahtjevu 15 ili uređaj za primjenu sukladno zahtjevu 22, pri čemu su stanice kapsulirane u alginatu, polisaharidnom hidrogelu, hitosanu, kalcij ili barij alginatu, slojevitoj matrici od alginata i polilizina, fotopolimerizabilnom poli(etilen glikolnom) polimeru, poliakrilatu, hidroksietil metakrilatu, metil metakrilatu, silikonskoj kapsuli, i silikonskim nanokapsulama, ili polimembrani (akrilonitril-ko-vinil kloridu).
