Claims (35)
1. Uređaj za atomiziranje za dobivanje kapljica koji sadrži vrh mlaznice (1), mlaznicu za tekućinu (2), kućište (3) koje sadrži konvergirajući razdjelnik zraka, s konusom za prijelaz zraka (A) koji okružuje na kružni način mlaznicu za tekućinu (2) koja je spojena na središnju dugačku cijev (4), navedena dugačka cijev se napaja preko ulaza (6), te kućište (3) dodatno sadrži barem jedan ulaz zraka (9) za dovođenje plina kao protustrujnog prstena oko mlaznice, naznačen time da je položaj mlaznice za tekućinu (2) koja je spojena na središnju dugačku cijev (4) podesiv na takav način da se mlaznica (2) može pomicati unutar ili izvan konusa za prijelaz zraka (A).
2. Uređaj za atomiziranje prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da su vrh mlaznice (1) i konus za prijelaz zraka (A) međusobno spojeni.
3. Uređaj za atomiziranje prema zahtjevu 2, naznačen time da su vrh mlaznice (1) spojen s konusom za prijelaz zraka (A) povratno spojeni na kućište (3).

Uređaj za atomiziranje prema zahtjevu 3, naznačen time da se spoj na kućište uspostavlja pomoću preklapajućeg kućišta s pomičnim dijelovima, gdje jedan dio sadrži vrh mlaznice (1) spojen na konus za prijelaz zraka (A), a drugi dio sadrži kućište sa središnjom dugačkom cijevi (4), navedena dugačka cijev se napaja preko ulaza (6), kućište (3) dodatno sadrži barem jedan ulaz zraka (9, I) za dovođenje plina kao protustrujnog prstena oko mlaznice, te dva dijela kližu jedan u odnosu na drugoga.

Uređaj za atomiziranje prema zahtjevu 3, naznačen time da se spoj na kućište uspostavlja pomoću osiguravanja vrha mlaznice (1) spojenog na konus za prijelaz zraka (A) na ugradbeni uređaj (MD1) kao prvim dijelom, uz osiguravanje kućišta (3) s ugradbenim uređajem (MD2) kao drugim dijelom, te povezivanje navedenog prvog dijela s navedenim drugom dijelom preko ugradbenih uređaja (MD1) i (MD2).
6. Uređaj za atomiziranje prema zahtjevu 5, naznačen time da se sklapanje putem ugradbenih uređaja može izvesti ljepilom, vijcima, cijevnim stegama, prstenastim vijcima s košuljicom ili drugim sredstvima za pričvršćivanje.

Uređaj za atomiziranje prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time da se podešavanje mlaznice za tekućinu (2) u odnosu na konus za prijelaz zraka (A) provodi pomoću sredstva odabranih od prema naprijed ili unatrag pomične središnje dugačke cijevi (4) koja nosi mlaznicu za tekućinu (2), ili postavljanjem jedne ili više podložnih pločica iste ili različite debljine (S1, S2) između ugradbenih uređaja (MD1) i (MD2), ili pomoću njihove kombinacije.
8. Uređaj za atomiziranje prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time da se difuzorska ploča (DP) nalazi između konvergirajućeg konusa razdjelnika zraka i barem jednog ulaza zraka (9, I).
9. Uređaj za atomiziranje prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačen time da konvergirajući konus razdjelnika zraka (A) ima kut otvaranja od 0° do 180°.
10. Uređaj za atomiziranje prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 9, naznačen time da su omjeri promjera vrha mlaznice (1) i kućišta (3) od 1:1 do 1:10, poželjno od 1:1 do 1:7, poželjnije od 1:1 do 1:4.
11. Uređaj za atomiziranje prema bilo kojem zahtjevu od 1 do 10, naznačen time da vrh mlaznice ima omjer duljine prema promjeru od oko 50:1 do oko 0.5:1, poželjno od oko 20:1 do oko 1:1, poželjnije od oko 15:1 do oko 5:1.
12. Uređaj za atomiziranje prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 11, naznačen time da vrh mlaznice (1) ima kutni pomak koji obuhvaća kut između i uključujući 180° do oko i uključujući 90°.
13. Uređaj za atomiziranje prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 12, naznačen time da se komora za miješanje (5) nalazi nizvodno od središnje dugačke cijevi (4) koja nosi mlaznicu za tekućinu (2).
14. Uređaj za atomiziranje prema zahtjevu 13, naznačen time da komora za miješanje (5) sadrži uređaj za miješanje koji je odabran od statičkog ili visoko smičnog uređaja za miješanje.

16. Uporaba uređaja za atomiziranje prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 15, za raspršivanje fluida, naznačena time da se fluid dovodi putem središnje dugačke cijevi (4) do mlaznice za tekućinu (2), te pri čemu se plin dovodi putem ulaza zraka (9), navedeni plin se ubrzava preko konvergirajućeg konusa za prijelaz zraka (A) u protustrujni plinski prsten, te se dovodi u kontakt s raspršenim fluidom koji izlazi iz mlaznice tako da se stvaraju kapljice koje se transportiraju kroz vrh mlaznice (1) uređaja za atomiziranje.
17. Uporaba prema zahtjevu 16, naznačena time da se plin osiguran putem ulaza zraka (9), dovodi u volumenima od oko 0.0003 m3/min do oko 20 m3/min, poželjno od oko 0.1 m3/min do oko 12 m3/min, još poželjnije od oko 0.2 m3/min do oko 10 m3/min, te još poželjnije od oko 0.4 m3/min do oko 6 m3/min.
18. Uporaba prema zahtjevu 16 ili 17, naznačena time da plin osiguran putem ulaza zraka (9) ima pritisak od oko 0.01 bara do 6 bara, poželjno od oko 0.02 bara do oko 5 bara, poželjnije od oko 0.04 bara do oko 4.5 bara.
19. Uporaba prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 16 do 18, naznačena time da se volumenski omjer dovedenog zraka prema fluidu raspršenom kroz mlaznicu održava u omjeru od 100:1 do oko 8000:1.
20. Uporaba prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 16 do 19, naznačena time da fluid doveden putem dugačke cijevi ima protok od oko 0.05 l/min do oko 5 l/min, poželjno od oko 0.1 l/min do oko 4 l/min, poželjnije od oko 0.191/min do oko 2.7 l/min.
21. Uporaba prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 16 do 20, naznačena time da plin koji se dovodi kroz ulaz je jedan plin ili plinska smjesa kao što je zrak, dušik ili plemeniti plin, ili njihove smjese, vruća para ili vodena para.
22. Uporaba prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 16 do 21, naznačena time da fluid doveden putem dugačke cijevi je tekućina ili tekuća smjesa, suspenzija, disperzija ili emulzija.
23. Uporaba prema zahtjevu 22, naznačena time da suspenzija je suspenzija mineralne tvari.
24. Uporaba prema zahtjevu 22, naznačena time da disperzija je disperzija mineralne tvari.
25. Uporaba prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 23 ili 24, naznačena time da je mineralna tvar odabrana od zemno alkalijski karbonati, zemno alkalijski hidroksidi, zemno alkalijski oksidi, ili od pepela.

27. Postupak za mikroniziranje fluida naznačen time da sadrži korake
a. osiguravanje uređaja za atomiziranje prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 15
b. osiguravanje fluida za mikroniziranje pri čemu se fluid dovodi putem središnje dugačke cijevi (4) u mlaznicu za tekućinu (2), te pri čemu se plin dovodi preko ulaza zraka (9), navedeni plin se ubrzava putem konvergentnog konusa za prijelaz zraka (A) u protustrujni plinski prsten, te se dovodi u kontakt s raspršenim fluidom koji izlazi iz mlaznice tako da se stvaraju kapljice koje se transportiraju kroz vrh mlaznice uređaja za atomiziranje (1).
28. Postupak prema zahtjevu 27, naznačen time da fluid sadrži tekućinu ili tekuću smjesu, suspenziju, disperziju ili emulziju.
29. Postupak prema zahtjevu 28, naznačen time da tekućina ili tekuća smjesa je zaštitno sredstvo za usjeve ili biljke ili gnojivo.
30. Postupak prema zahtjevu 28, naznačen time da fluid je sredstvo za gašenje požara.
31. Postupak prema zahtjevu 28, naznačen time da suspenzija je suspenzija mineralne tvari.
32. Postupak prema zahtjevu 28, naznačen time da disperzija je disperzija mineralne tvari.
33. Uporaba postupka prema zahtjevu 29 naznačena time da je za zaštitu za usjeve ili biljke, ili za gnojenje.
34. Uporaba postupka prema zahtjevu 30 naznačena time da je za gašenje požara.
