Claims (12)

1. Komplet za proizvodnju traktora za prijevoz prtljage (1) s različitim izvorima energije, komplet se sastoji od: a) traktora (1) s najmanje jednim elektromotorom (12) koji pokreće pogonske kotače (4), b) pri čemu traktor (1) sadržava energetski odjeljak (2) i c) bateriju (5) dimenzioniranu u skladu s energetskim odjeljkom (2) te d) sklop gorivih ćelija (11) s gorivim ćelijama (7), spremnik vodika (8), međuhladnjak (10) i filtar zraka (9), elektronički upravljački uređaj u zajedničkom kućištu (17) konfiguriran kao ugradivi i odvojivi sklop gorivih ćelija (11) dimenzioniran u skladu s veličinom energetskog odjeljka ( 2) i e) točke za spajanje (15, 16) u energetskom odjeljku (2) za grijač vozila i sklopa za prikazivanje (14) opskrbe energijom u kabini vozača (3), naznačen time, da f) sklop gorivih ćelija (11) uključuje pričuvni akumulator (6), g) pristupni otvori za punjenje gorivih ćelija (7) i pristupni otvori za punjenje baterijskog sklopa (5) sadržani su u zidovima energetskog odjeljka (2), h) barem jedan elektromotor (12) konfiguriran je da proizvodi električnu energiju za vrijeme rada generatora pri kočenju traktora (1) pri čemu se energija pohranjuje u pričuvnom akumulatoru (6).
2. Komplet u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time, da komplet sadržava hibridni uređaj (22) s baterijskim napajanjem (5 ') i motora s unutarnjim sagorijevanjem (23), osobito dizelski motor namijenjen za povećavanje radne autonomije koji generira električnu energiju putem generatora (24) i isporučuje električnu energiju elektromotoru (12), a višak električne energije isporučuje u baterijski komplet (5 ').
3. Komplet u skladu s jednim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da komplet sadržava plinski pogon izveden kao klipni motor ili plinska turbina koja generira električnu energiju putem generatora i koja pokreće elektromotor (12) kao jedini izvor energije ili se koristi za povećanje autonomije u hibridnom uređaju (22) zajedno s baterijskim napajanjem (5 ').
4. Traktor za prijevoz prtljage (1), naznačen time, da sadržava: a) barem jednu pogonsku osovinu koju pokreće najmanje jedan elektromotor (12), b) pri čemu traktor za prijevoz prtljage (1) uključuje energetski odjeljak (2), c) i baterijsko napajanje (5) dimenzioniranu u skladu s energetskim odjeljkom (2), d) pri čemu energetski odjeljak (2) uključuje i sklop gorivih ćelija (11) sa gorivim ćelijama (7), spremnik vodika (8), međuhladnjak (10), zračni filtar (9), elektronički upravljački uređaj u zajedničkom kućištu (17) konfiguriran kao ugradivi i odvojivi sklop gorivih ćelija (11) dimenzioniran u skladu s veličinom energetskog odjeljka (2), sklop gorivih ćelija spojen je s najmanje jednim elektromotorom, te e) energetski odjeljak (2) uključuje točke za spajanje (15, 16) za grijač vozila i jedinice za prikazivanje (14) opskrbe energijom u kabini vozača (3 ), naznačen time, da f) sklop gorivih ćelija (11) uključuje pričuvni akumulator (6), g) pristupni otvori za punjenje gorivih ćelija (7) i pristupni otvori za punjenje baterijskog sklopa (5) sadržani su u zidovima energetskog odjeljka (2), h) barem jedan elektromotor (12) konfiguriran je da proizvodi električnu energiju za vrijeme rada generatora pri kočenju traktora (1) pri čemu se energija pohranjuje u pričuvnom akumulatoru (6).
5. Traktor za prijevoz prtljage u skladu sa patentnim zahtjevom 4, naznačen time, da se goriva ćelija (7), a posebice njezina mlaznica za vodik zagrijava, osobito pomoću električnih grijaćih spirala postavljenih oko mlaznica za injektiranje koje se napajaju strujom posebice iz pričuvnog akumulatora (6).
6. Traktor za prijevoz prtljage u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 4 ili 5, naznačen time, da se goriva ćelija (7) hladi tekućinom iz kruga za hlađenje tekućinom i uključuje međuhladnjak (10), koji se hladi okolnim zrakom.
7. Traktor za prijevoz prtljage u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 6, naznačen time, da krug za hlađenje tekućinom uključuje upravljivi odvojak prema izmjenjivaču topline (15) u kabini vozača (3).
8. Traktor za prijevoz prtljage u skladu s patentnim zahtjevima 4 do 7, naznačen time, da kroz energetski odjeljak (2) struji okolni zrak od lijeve strane na desnu za hlađenje međuizmjenjivača gorive ćelije, pri čemu su prorezi za ventilaciju (18) postavljeni osobito na unutarnjim zidovima energetskog odjeljka (2).
9. Traktor za prijevoz prtljage u skladu s patentnim zahtjevima 4 do 8, naznačen time, da je kućište (17) sklopa gorivih ćelija (11) veličine koja odgovara standardnom odjeljku, naročito DIN kutiji za baterije.
10. Traktor za prijevoz prtljage u skladu s patentnim zahtjevima 4 do 9, naznačen time, da je spremnik vodika (8) fiksiran u kućištu (17) sklopa gorivih ćelija (11), te uključuje priključak na spremnik (20).
11. Traktor za prijevoz prtljage u skladu s patentnim zahtjevima 4 do 9, naznačen time, da je spremnik vodika (8) lako zamjenjiv s napunjenim spremnikom vodika (8) i / ili goriva ćelija (7) isporučuje napon između 63 i 101 V pri nominalnom naponu od 80 do 85 V.
12. Traktor za prijevoz prtljage u skladu s patentnim zahtjevima 4 do 11, naznačen time, da spremnik vodika (8) može sadržavati 1,5 kg do 2 kg vodika i / ili tlak skladištenja u spremniku vodika (8) sklopa gorivih ćelija (11) između 300 i 400 bara, osobito između 340 i 360 bara.
