Claims (19)

1. Postupak nagrizanja trake feritnog nehrđajućeg čelika, naznačen time što se sastoji u: obradi čelika prvom smjesom koja se nalazi u prvoj kadi, gdje prva smjesa sadrži H2SO4, najmanje jedan oksidans u suvišku, gdje najmanje jedan oksidans služi za prevođenje ukupne količine fero sulfata u feri sulfat (Fe2(SO4)3), uz primjenu struje na čelik, gdje prva smjesa ne sadrži HF.
2. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što se koncentracija H2SO4 kreće od 10 g/l do 200 g/l.
3. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što je prva kada jedina kada upotrijebljena u postupku nagrizanja.
4. Postupak nagrizanja kontinuirane trake nehrđajućeg čelika, naznačen time što se sastoji u: obradi čelika prvom smjesom koja se nalazi u prvoj kadi, gdje prva smjesa sadrži H2SO4, najmanje jedan oksidans u suvišku, gdje najmanje jedan oksidans služi za prevođenje ukupne količine fero sulfata u feri sulfat (Fe2(SO4)3), uz primjenu struje na čelik, gdje se koncentracija H2SO4 kreće od 10 g/l do 200 g/l.
5. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 4, naznačen time što se koncentracija Fe2(SO4)3 kreće od 5 g/l do 100 g/l.
6. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 4, naznačen time što je najmanje jedan oksidans H2O2.
7. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 4, naznačen time što prva smjesa dodatno sadrži HF.
8. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 7, naznačen time što se koncentracija H2SO4 kreće od 25 g/l do 35 g/l, a koncentracija HF se kreće od 0 g/l do 100 g/l.
9. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 4, naznačen time što se korak primjene struje na čeliku sastoji u primjeni struje preko najmanje jedne od katode ili anode.
10. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 9, naznačen time što čelik sadrži jednu od katode ili anode.
11. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 4, naznačen time što se sastoji u dodatnoj obradi čelika drugom smjesom koja se nalazi u drugoj kadi, gdje druga smjesa sadrži najmanje jedno od HNO3 i HF, gdje se koncentracija HNO3 kreće od 10 g/l do 130 g/l, a koncentracija HF se kreće od 0 g/l do 30 g/l.
12. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 11, naznačen time što prva smjesa dodatno sadrži HF.
13. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 12, naznačen time što nehrđajući čelik sadrži feritni nehrđajući čelik, a druga smjesa sadrži HNO3.
14. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 11, naznačen time što nehrđajući čelik sadrži austenitni nehrđajući čelik, a druga smjesa sadrži HNO3 i HF, te gdje je koncentracija HF u drugoj smjesi u rasponu od 5 g/l do 25 g/l.
15. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 11, naznačen time što se sastoji u dodatnoj obradi čelika trećom smjesom koja se nalazi u trećoj kadi, gdje treća smjesa sadrži HNO3, te gdje se koncentracija HNO3 kreće od 10 g/l do 130 g/l.
16. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 4, naznačen time što se čelik bajca kontinuirano.
17. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 4, naznačen time što je temperatura prve smjese u rasponu od 21,1 °C (70 °F) do 82,2 °C (180 °F) ili u rasponu od 27,7 °C (80 °F) do 54,4 °C (130 °F).
18. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 4, naznačen time što je količina ukupnih otopljenih metala u prvoj smjesi nakon što prva smjesa obradi traku jednaka ili manja od 80 g/l.
19. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 4, naznačen time što se korak primjene struje na čeliku sastoji u primjeni struje putem elektroda raspoređenih u aranžmanu katoda-anoda-katoda i provodi se uz primjenu struje u rasponu od 10 C/dm2 do 200 C/dm2, uz gustoću struje u rasponu od 1 A/dm2 do 100 A/dm2.
