Claims (20)

1. Postupak povećavanja pH vodene suspenzije koja sadrži 25 do 62 vol.% barem jednog materijala s kalcijevim karbonatom i ima pH između 8,5 i 11, naznačen time da postupak uključuje korak dodavanja 2-((1-metilpropil)amino)etanola u suspenziju u količini za povećanje pH otopine za najmanje 0,3 pH jedinice, pri čemu promjena vodljivosti otopine nije veća od 100 µS/cm po jedinici pH, naznačen time da je navedeni 2-((1-metilpropil)amino)etanol dodan u navedenu otopinu u količini od 500 do 15000 mg, po litri vodene faze navedene otopine.
2. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time da je navedeni aditiv 2-((1-metilpropil)amino)etanol dodan kao otopina na bazi vode materijalu koji sadrži kalcijev karbonat.
3. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2, naznačen time da navedeni aditiv 2-((1-metilpropil)amino)etanol ima čistoću veću od 90%, poželjno veću od 95% i poželjnije veću od 99% u odnosu na 2-((1-metilpropil)amino)etanol.
4. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da navedena suspenzija ima vodljivost između 700 i 2000 µS/cm, poželjno između 800 i 1300 µS/cm, prije dodavanja 2-((1-metilpropil)amino)etanola.
5. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da nakon dodavanja navedenog 2-((1-metilpropil)amino)etanola, promjena vodljivosti nije veća od 70 µS/cm po jedinici pH, a poželjno nije veća od 50 µS/cm po jedinici pH.
6. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da se nakon dodavanja navedenog 2-((1-metilpropil)amino)etanola, promjena vodljivosti suspenzije ne mijenja za više od 10 %, poželjno se ne mijenja za više od 6 %, poželjnije se ne mijenja za više od 3 %.
7. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da prije dodavanja navedenog 2-((1-metilpropil)amino)etanola, suspenzija ima pH između 9 i 10,3.
8. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da je navedeni 2-((1-metilpropil)amino)etanol dodan u navedenu suspenziju u količini za povećanje pH suspenzije za najmanje 0,4 pH jedinice.
9. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da u slučaju kad je pH suspenzije prije dodavanja 2-((1-metilpropil)amino)etanola između 8,5 i 9, navedeni se 2-((1-metilpropil)amino)etanol se dodaje navedenoj suspenziji u količini potrebnoj za povećanje pH suspenzije za najmanje 1,0 pH jedinicu, i da u slučaju kad je pH suspenzije prije dodavanja 2-((1-metilpropil)amino)etanola između 9 i 10, navedeni 2-((1-metilpropil)amino)etanol se dodaje navedenoj suspenziji u količini potrebnoj za povećanje pH suspenzije za najmanje 0,7 pH jedinica.
10. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da je prije dodavanja 2-((1-metilpropil)amino)etanola, navedena suspenzija temperature između 5 i 100°C, poželjno između 35 i 85°C, poželjnije između 45 i 75°C.
11. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da je navedeni 2-((1-metilpropil)amino)etanol dodan u navedenu suspenziju u količini od 1000 do 5000 mg, poželjnije od 1300 do 2000 mg, po litri vodene faze navedene suspenzije.
12. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da navedeni materijal koji sadrži kalcijev karbonat sadrži najmanje 50 %, poželjno najmanje 80 % i poželjnije najmanje 98 %, po težini kalcijevog karbonata u odnosu na ukupnu težinu navedenog materijala koji sadrži kalcijev karbonat.
13. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da je navedeni materijal koji sadrži kalcijev karbonat istaloženi kalcijev karbonat (PCC), prirodna ruda kalcijevog karbonata (NGCC), površinski-izreagirani kalcijev karbonat (SRCC) ili njihova smjesa.
14. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da navedena suspenzija obuhvaća od 45 do 60 vol. %, poželjno od 48 do 58 vol. % i najpoželjnije od 49 do 57 vol. % navedenog materijala koji sadrži kalcijev karbonat na temelju ukupnog volumena navedene suspenzije.
15. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da je navedeni 2-((1-metilpropil)amino)etanol dodan prije, za vrijeme ili nakon, poželjno nakon koraka mrvljenja navedenog materijala koji sadrži kalcijev karbonat u navedenu suspenziju.
16. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da je navedeni 2-((1-metilpropil)amino)etanol dodan suhom obliku materijala koji sadrži kalcijev karbonat i prema izboru je pored toga potpuno osušen prije stvaranja navedene suspenzije materijala koji sadrži kalcijev karbonat.
17. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da se, nakon dodavanja navedenog 2-((1-metilpropil)amino)etanola u navedenu suspenziju, suspenzija dodaje u jedinicu opremljenu napravom za regulaciju na temelju vodljivosti.
18. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 17, naznačen time da se, nakon dodavanja navedenog 2-((1-metilpropil)amino)etanola u navedenu suspenziju, suspenzija dodaje u spremnik ili jedinicu do razine određene mjerenjem vodljivosti suspenzije.
19. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 17, naznačen time da nakon dodavanja navedenog 2-((1-metilpropil)amino)etanola u navedenu suspenziju, suspenzija prolazi kroz prolaz koji ima protok otopine reguliran kao funkciju vodljivosti suspenzije.
20. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da promjena vodljivosti otopine nije veća od 50 µS/cm po jedinici pH i poželjno nije veća od 20 µS/cm po jedinici pH.
