Abstract
Uporaba 2-amino-2-metil-1-propanola (AMP) kao aditiva u vodenoj suspenziji, koja sadrži 25 do 62 vol. % najmanje jednog materijala koji sadrži kalcijev karbonat i koji ima pH od između 8.5 i 11, za povećavanje pH suspenzije za najmanje 0.3 pH jedinice, pri čemu je AMP dodan u navedenu suspenziju u količini od 500 do 15000 mg po litri vodene faze suspenzije, naznačena time da se promjena vodljivosti suspenzije održava unutar 100 µS/cm/pH jedinica. Patent sadrži još 17 patentnih zahtjeva.
Claims (18)
1. Uporaba 2-amino-2-metil-1-propanola (AMP) kao aditiva u vodenoj suspenziji, koja sadrži 25 do 62 vol. % najmanje jednog materijala koji sadrži kalcijev karbonat i koji ima pH od između 8.5 i 11, za povećavanje pH suspenzije za najmanje 0.3 pH jedinice, pri čemu je AMP dodan u navedenu suspenziju u količini od 500 do 15000 mg po litri vodene faze suspenzije, naznačena time da se promjena vodljivosti suspenzije održava unutar 100 µS/cm/pH jedinica.
2. Uporaba prema zahtjevu 1, naznačena time da navedena suspenzija ima vodljivost od između 700 i 2000 µS/cm, te poželjno od između 800 i 1300 µS/cm, prije dodavanja AMP.
3. Uporaba prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačena time da se nakon dodavanja navedenog AMP, promjena vodljivosti suspenzije održava unutar 70 µS/cm/pH jedinica, te poželjno unutar 50 µS/cm/pH jedinica.
4. Uporaba prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačena time da se nakon dodavanja navedenog AMP, promjena vodljivosti suspenzije održava na vrijednosti unutar 10 %, poželjno unutar 6 %, te još poželjnije unutar 3 % vrijednosti vodljivosti suspenzije prije dodavanja AMP.
5. Uporaba prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačena time da prije dodavanja navedenog AMP, suspenzija ima pH između 9 i 10.3.
6. Uporaba prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačena time da se navedeni AMP dodaje u navedenu suspenziju u količini za povećavanje pH suspenzije za najmanje 0.4 pH jedinice.
7. Uporaba prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačena time da u slučaju gdje je pH suspenzije prije dodavanja AMP između 8.5 i 9, navedeni AMP se dodaje u navedenu suspenziju u količini za povećavanje pH suspenzije za najmanje 1 pH jedinicu, te da u slučaju gdje je pH suspenzije prije dodavanja AMP između 9 i 10, navedeni AMP se dodaje u navedenu suspenziju u količini za povećavanje pH suspenzije za najmanje 0.7 pH jedinica.
8. Uporaba prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačena time da prije dodavanja AMP, navedena suspenzija ima temperaturu od između 5 i 100°C, poželjno od između 35 i 85°C, te još poželjnije od između 45 i 75°C.
9. Uporaba prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačena time da se navedeni AMP dodaje u navedenu suspenziju u količini od 1000 do 5000 mg, te još poželjnije od 1300 do 2000 mg, po litri vodene faze navedene suspenzije.
10. Uporaba prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačena time da navedeni AMP može biti nepročišćen AMP koji sadrži sekundarne alkanol amine kao što je 2-metil-2(metilamino)-1-propanol u količini od manje od 6% težinski, poželjno u količini od 2 do 5 % težinski, u odnosu na ukupnu težinu nepročišćenog AMP.
11. Uporaba prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačena time da navedeni materijal koji sadrži kalcijev karbonat sadrži najmanje 50 %, poželjno najmanje 80 %, te još poželjnije najmanje 98 %, težinski kalcijevog karbonata u odnosu na ukupnu težinu navedenog materijala koji sadrži kalcijev karbonat.
12. Uporaba prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačena time da kalcijev karbonat iz navedenog materijala koji sadrži kalcijev karbonat je nataloženi kalcijev karbonat (PCC), prirodni usitnjeni kalcijev karbonat (NGCC), površinski reaktivan kalcijev karbonat (SRCC), ili njihova mješavina.
13. Uporaba prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačena time da navedena suspenzija sadrži od 45 do 60 vol. % i poželjno od 48 do 58 vol. % te najpoželjnije od 49 do 57 vol. %, navedenog materijala koji sadrži kalcijev karbonat u odnosu na ukupni volumen navedene suspenzije.
14. Uporaba prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačena time da se navedeni AMP dodaje prije, tijekom ili nakon, te poželjno nakon, koraka mljevenja navedenog materijala koji sadrži kalcijev karbonat u navedenoj suspenziji.
15. Uporaba prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačena time da se navedeni AMP dodaje u suhi oblik navedenog materijala koji sadrži kalcijev karbonat, te je proizvoljno samljeven zajedno sa njim, prije formiranja navedene suspenzije materijala koji sadrži kalcijev karbonat.
16. Uporaba prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačena time da se nakon dodavanja navedenog AMP u navedenu suspenziju, suspenzija uvodi u jedinicu opremljenu sa uređajem za regulaciju na temelju vodljivosti.
17. Uporaba prema zahtjevu 16, naznačena time da se nakon dodavanja navedenog AMP u navedenu suspenziju, suspenzija uvodi u spremnik ili jedinicu do razine određene pomoću mjerenja vodljivosti suspenzije.
18. Uporaba prema zahtjevu 16, naznačena time da nakon dodavanja navedenog AMP u navedenu suspenziju, suspenzija prolazi kroz prolaz koji ima protok suspenzije koji je reguliran kao funkcija vodljivosti suspenzije.
