Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un proceso para la preparación de una suspensión acuosa que comprende por lo menos un material que contiene carbonato de calcio. La invención se refiere además a un material que contiene carbonato de calcio que tiene una proporción de partículas que tienen un valor de tamaño de partícula promedio d80 a partículas que tienen un valor de tamaño de partícula promedio d20 [d80/d20] de = 2,50 y al uso del material que contiene carbonato de calcio en aplicaciones de papel y cartón, en cosmética, en calafateadores y selladores, en pinturas y revestimientos, o en aplicaciones plásticas.
