Claims (2)

1. Postupak za proizvodnju hibridnog kotača od lake legure koji sadrži prednji disk (2) i naplatak (1) koji se mogu međusobno spojiti frikcijskim zavarivanjem, naznačen time da obuhvaća slijedeće faze obrade: - proizvodnju prednjeg diska, koji se dobiva dvojnom operacijom lijevanja inicijalne lijevačke predforme i prenošenja navedene inicijalne lijevačke predforme u kovački kalup i operacijom kovanja navedene inicijalne lijevačke predforme u cilju dobivanja prednjeg diska, nakon čega slijedi operacija brušenja da se dobije spomenuti prednji disk; - izradu dijela naplatka, koja obuhvaća proizvodnju trupca od lake legure, i oblikovanje spomenutog trupca u kružni obruč toplom ili hladnom ekstruzijom (P1), koju prati razvlačenje (P2) ovog kružnog obruča do konačnih dimenzija, i operaciju toplog ili hladnog potisnog oblikovanja (P3) diska da se dobije konačan oblik i oblikuje profil naplatka; - sastavljanje dijela prednjeg diska i dijela naplatka zavarivanjem, uključujući operaciju frikcijskog zavarivanja, nakon strojne obrade površina koje se spajaju.
2. Hibridni kotač od lake legure, uključujući disk (2) i naplatak (1), naznačen time što je disk proizveden i dobiven dvojnom operacijom lijevanja inicijalne lijevačke predforme, praćene kovanjem, a naplatak je proizveden kroz trojnu operaciju ekstruzije (P1), praćene razvlačenjem (P2), i potisnim oblikovanjem (P3), uz naknadno spajanje naplatka i diska operacijom frikcijskog zavarivanja.
