Claims (8)
1. Molekula nukleinske kiseline, koja ima nukleotidnu sekvencu prema identifikacijskom broju (SEQ ID NO.) 2, koja je operabilno vezana za gen koji kodira diaminopimelat dehidrogeazu.
2. Vektor, koji obuhvaća molekulu nukleinske kiseline prema zahtjevu 1.
3. Transformant, u kojem je usidren vektor prema zahtjevu 2.
4. Transformant prema zahtjevu 3, koji pripada rodu Corynebacterium ili rodu Brevibacterium.
5. Transformant prema zahtjevu 3, imenovan kao CA01-0136 i položen s KCCM pod pristupnim brojem KCCM10920P.
6. Transformant prema zahtjevu 3 ili 4, gdje je molekula nukleinske kiseline prema zahtjevu 1 inkorporirana u genom transformanta preko homologne rekombinacije.
7. Transformant prema zahtjevu 3 ili 4, u kojem je usidrena molekula nukleinske kiseline prema zahtjevu 1 kao plazmid.
8. Postupak proizvodnje lizina, koji obuhvaća fermentaciju transformanta prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 3 do 7, i dalje obuhvaća skupljanje proizvedenog lizina.
