Abstract

본 발명은 디아미노피멜레이트 디히드로게나제를 암호화하는 유전자와 작동가능하게 연결되고, 개량된 프로모터 활성을 갖는 코리네박테리움 글루타미쿰 유래의 핵산 분자, 이러한 핵산 분자를 포함하는 벡터, 이러한 벡터로 형질전환된 형질전환체 및 이러한 형질전환체를 사용하여 L-라이신을 생산하는 방법을 제공한다.
