Abstract
"PRODUçãO DE L-LISINA DE CEPAS BACTERIANAS MUTANTES". A invenção provê novos microorganismos, processos para produção dos mesmos e novos processos para produção de aminoácidos. A mutagenese das cepas bacterianas de origem e seleção de um fenótipo resistente a rafinato aperfeiçoado permitem o isolamento das cepas com propriedades de crescimento aperfeiçoadas que produzem quantidades maiores de aminoácido. Os microorganismos da invenção são produzidos de cepas de origem produtoras de aminoácido tais como, Corynebacterium ou Brevibacterium, especificamente preferidas são as cepas de origem que produzem L-lisina.
