Abstract

La invencion proporciona microorganismos novedosos, metodos para la produccion de los mismos y procedimientos novedosos para la produccion de aminoacidos. La mutagenesis de cepas bacterianas de origen y la seleccion de un fenotipo con resistencia mejorada al refinado hacen posible el aislamiento de cepas con propiedades de crecimiento aumentadas que producen cantidades mas grandes de aminoacidos. Los microorganismos de la invencion son producidos a partir de cepas de origen que producen aminoacidos tales como Corynebacterium o Brevibacterium, las cepas de origen que producen L-lisina son particularmente preferidas.
