Claims (15)
1. Postupak za spravljanje proizvoda od pjene, koji obuhvaća korake:
- Priprema najmanje jednog sloja jezgre (1) za proizvod, pri čemu sloj jezgre (1) obuhvaća fleksibilnu otvorenostaničnu pjenu s otvorenim porama,
- Nanošenje jezgrenog sloja (1) između donje (5) i gornje (9) površine prešanja;
- Dopuštanje, da očvršćujući, pjenušavi, sastav otopine, koja se bazira na izocijanatu (7) pjeni u otvorene pore staničnootvorene pjenaste tvari, da bi nastala još jedna pjenasta tvar (4), koja ispunjava te otvorene pore, dok jezgreni sloj (1) između gornje (9) i donje (5) površine prešanja bude držana;
- Dopuštanje, da sprejani, očvrščujući, pjenušavi sastav (7) najmanje djelomice prodire putem sileteže u staničnootvorenu pjenastu tvar jezgrenog sloja (1);
- Odstranjivanje nastalog predmeta između gornje (9) i donje (5) površine prešanja, pri čemu je očvrščujući, pjenasti sastav (7) reaktivna mješavina, koja se spreja na jezgreni sloj (1), naznačen time da očvrščujući, pjenasti sastav (7) počinje očvršnjavati, kada bude pošprican na jezgreni sloj (1), i prema mjerenjima pokazuje pri brzini smicanja od 1/s dinamičnu viskoznost manju od 1000 mPa, kada dođe na jezgreni sloj (1), pri čemu jezgreni sloj (1) bude držan u ležećem položaju, kada pjenasti sastav (7) bude na njega sprejan, pri čemu fleksibilna, staničnootvorena pjenasta tvar pokazuje otvorene pore, koje tvore najmanje 90% volumena staničnootvorene pjenaste tvari.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da pjenasti sastav (7) bude nanešen jednim stupnjem prekrivanja pri sprejanju manjem od 100%, pri čemu stupanj prekrivanja sprejanja odgovara:

pri čemu gustoća kalupljenja daljnje pjenaste tvari odgovara:

pri čemu:
Wa je težina jezgrenog sloja, ispunjenog daljnjom pjenastom tvari
Wc je težina jezgrenog sloja, a
Va je volumen jezgrenog sloja, ispunjen daljnjom pjenastom tvari.
3. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time da je pjenasti sastav (7) tako formuliran, da postiže pjenastu tvar slobodnog porasta gustoće između 20 i 100 kg/m3.
4. Postupak prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time da je najmanje 80 vol. % otvorenih pora staničnootvorene pjenaste tvari ispunjeno s daljnjom pjenastom tvari (4).
5. Postupak prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time da stanično otvorena pjenasta tvar obuhvaća jednu retikuliranu pjenastu tvar.
6. Postupak prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačen time da staničnootvorena pjenasta tvar pokazuje prosječnu veličinu stanica između 2000 i 7000 μm.
7. Postupak prema zahtjevu 6, naznačen time da staničnootvorena pjenasta tvar u svom ne-stiješnjenom stanju u jezgrenom sloju pokazuje prosječnu debljinu, koja je najmanje istovjetna prosječnoj veličini stanica, ali je manja za 20-struko od prosječne veličine stanica.
8. Postupak prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time da se staničnootvorena pjenasta tvar sastoji od materijala, koji ne apsorbira pjenasti sastav.
9. Postupak prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačen time da pjenasti sastav (7), prema mjerenju, kod brzine smicanja od 1/s pokazuje dinamičku viskoznost od manje nego 800 mPa, ako dospije na jezgreni sloj (1).
10. Postupak prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 9, naznačen time da najmanje 75 tež.% pjenastog sastava (7) bude naneseno sprejanjem jezgrenog sloja (1), tijekom kojeg jezgreni sloj (1) bude držan u ležećem položaju.
11. Postupak prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 10, naznačen time da pjenasti sastav (7) bude sprejan na prvu stranu jezgrenog sloja (1), pri čemu prva strana bude prekrivena s najmanje jednim prednjim pokrovnim slojem (3), a pjenasti sastav (7) bude sprejan na taj prvi pokrovni sloj (3), pri čemu je prvi pokrovni sloj (3) propustan za pjenasti sastav (7), da omogući da pjenasti sastav (7) kroz prvi pokrovni sloj (3) prodre u jezgreni sloj (1).
12. Postupak prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 11, naznačen time da pjenasti sastav (7) bude sprejan na prvu stranu jezgrenog sloja (1), a jezgreni sloj (1) sadrži i drugu stranu, koja leži nasuprot prvoj strani, pri čemu je druga strana prekrivena s najmanje jednim drugim pokrovnim slojem (2).
13. Postupak prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 12, naznačen time da je jezgreni sloj (1) moguće naborati (drapirati) i da bude naboran (drapiran) preko donje površine kalupa (5).
14. Postupak prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 13, naznačen time da staničnootvorena pjenasta tvar pokazuje gustoću manju od 60 kg/m3.
15. Postupak prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 14, naznačen time da staničnootvorena pjenasta tvar pokazuje sadržaj otvorenih stanica od najmanje 95%.
