Claims (16)
1. Postupak proizvodnje gljiva koji sadrži korake:
priprema prostora za uzgoj gljiva (3) s barem jednom gredicom komposta za gljive;
dovođenje topline u prostor za uzgoj gljiva (3);
berba gljiva;
uklanjanje potrošenog komposta za gljive iz prostora za uzgoj gljiva (3):
spaljivanje potrošenog komposta za gljive u sustavu za konverziju energije (29);
korištenje topline dobivene spaljivanjem iskorištenog komposta; upotreba iskorištene topline kako bi se regulirala temperatura prostora za uzgoj gljiva (3)
naznačen time da u sklopu koraka spaljivanja iskorištenog komposta za gljive sadrži spaljivanje istrošenog komposta za gljive u jedinici s fluidiziranim slojem (37);
i, jedinica s fluidiziranim slojem (37) sadrži više temperaturnih senzora koji su uklopljeni u jedinicu s fluidiziranim slojem (37) radi pomnijeg praćenja temperature fluidiziranog sloja u jedinici s fluidiziranim slojem (37);
na način da se, ukoliko temperatura jedinice s fluidiziranim slojem odstupa od željenih vrijednosti ili opsega, poduzimaju akcije za korekciju;
pri čemu, ako temperatura fluidiziranog sloja opada, postupak sadrži korake za povećanje količine goriva koje se dostavlja jedinici s fluidiziranim slojem (37), i, ako gorivo koje je dostavljeno jedinici s fluidiziranim slojem (37) ima relativno visok sadržaj vlage tako da gorivo ne uzrokuje neposredan porast temperature fluidiziranog sloja zatim se aktivira pomoćni plamenik kako bi djelovao na fluidiziranom sloju kako bi smanjio temperaturu jedinice s fluidiziranim slojem (37).
2. Postupak sukladno Zahtjevu 1 koji sadrži korake:
početno spremanje komposta gljiva u otvoreni skladišni prostor (7) susjedan jedinici s fluidiziranim slojem (37); i
povlačenje zraka radi opskrbe jedinice s fluidiziranim slojem (37) iz gornjeg dijela otvorenog skladišnog prostora.
3. Postupak sukladno Zahtjevu 2 koji sadrži korak prethodnog zagrijavanja zraka za opskrbu jedinice s fluidiziranim slojem (37).
4. Postupak sukladno bilo kojem od prethodnih Zahtjeva u kojem korak korištenja topline generirane izgaranjem komposta od korištenih gljiva sadrži ispuštanje ispušnih plinova kroz izmjenjivač topline (41).
5. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih Zahtjeva u kojem se korak korištenja topline koja nastaje izgaranjem komposta korištenih gljiva sastoji od upotrebe topline izgaranja komposta korištenih gljiva za zagrijavanje tekućine.
6. Postupak sukladno Zahtjevu 5 koji sadrži korak isporuke zagrijane tekućine u element za zagrijavanje (15) koji se nalazi unutar prostora za uzgoj gljiva (3).
7. Postupak sukladno Zahtjevu 6 koji sadrži korak prijenosa zagrijane tekućine u sabirni spremnik (79), prije isporuke u element za zagrijavanje (15).
8. Postupak sukladno Zahtjevima 5 ili 6, koji obuhvaća korak praćenja temperature prostora za uzgoj gljiva (3), te kontrolu temperature okoline u prostoru za uzgoj gljiva (3) reguliranjem protoka ugrijane tekućine u element za zagrijavanje (15).
9. Postupak sukladno Zahtjevima 5 do 8 u kojem je tekućina voda.
10. Postupak sukladno Zahtjevu 9 u kojem je voda zagrijana kako bi se dobila vodena para.
11. Postupak sukladno bilo kojem od prethodnih Zahtjeva u kojem se kompost od gljiva korištenih u prethodnom uzgojnom ciklusu spaljuje kako bi se dobila toplina koja će se koristiti u trenutnom ciklusu uzgoja gljiva u prostoru za uzgoj gljiva (3).
12. Postupak sukladno bilo kojem od prethodnih Zahtjeva koji sadrži korak u kojem se, nakon uklanjanja komposta od korištenih gljiva iz prostora za uzgoj gljiva (3), kompost od korištenih gljiva dostavlja u prostor za skladištenje goriva (7) radi kasnijeg spaljivanja.
13. Postupak sukladno Zahtjevu 12 u kojem se prostor za skladištenje goriva (7) sastoji od otvorenog skladišnog prostora susjednog aparatu za spaljivanje.
14. Postupak sukladno Zahtjevu 12 u kojem prostor za skladištenje goriva (7) sadrži mokar spremnik za gorivo (50) povezan s aparatom za spaljivanje.
15. Postupak sukladno Zahtjevu 12 u kojem prostor za skladištenje goriva (7) sadrži udaljeni skladišni prostor.
16. Postupak sukladno bilo kojem od prethodnih Zahtjeva koji sadrži dodatni korak prikupljanja pepela nastalog spaljivanjem komposta od korištenih gljiva.
