Claims (21)
1. Reaktor (3, 3'), predviđen za pripremu pucketajućeg šećera, naznačen time da se sastoji od jednog ili više kalupa (1), koji sadrže produkt, jedno ili više stabilnih ili mobilnih sredstava za prijenos (2,7), jedan ili više poklopaca ili ventila (4, 4') koji su predviđeni na jednom kraju reaktora, da bi služili kao otvor za ulijevanje i izlijevanje, jedan ili više dvosmjernih ventila (11), za reguliranje i održavanje unutarnjeg tlaka reaktora (3,3'), hlađenje i sredstvo za zagrijavanje (10, 10').
2. Reaktor (3, 3'), prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da odjeljak (1) ima kalup ili kalupe, koji oblikuju konačni produkt.
3. Reaktor (3, 3'), prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da reaktor (3, 3') ima jednostruku ili dvostruku stijenku.
4. Reaktor (3, 3'), prema zahtjevu 3, naznačen time da je reaktor (3, 3') napravljen od nehrđajučeg čelika i ima izoliranu unutarnju i vanjsku stijenku, da bi se izbjegao gubitak topline.
5. Reaktor (3, 3'), prema zahtjevu 4, naznačen time da je reaktor (3, 3'), može imati cilindričan oblik.
6. Reaktor (3, 3'), prema zahtjevu 5, naznačen time da je reaktor horizontalno položen.
7. Reaktor (3, 3'), prema zahtjevu 6, naznačen time da je poklopac(4) nepropusan za zrak i otporan na tlakove.
8. Reaktor (3, 3'), prema zahtjevu 6, naznačen time da je (4’) ventil, nepropusan za zrak i otporan na tlakove.
9. Reaktor (3, 3'), prema zahtjevima 1 do 8, da sredstvo za hlađenje i luženje (10, 10’) prolazi kroz cijev, kojom cirkuliraju fluidi ili plinovi za hlađenje i/ili zagrijavanje.
10. Reaktor (3, 3'), prema zahtjevu 9, naznačen time da je dio aparature za zagrijavanje može biti grijač s otpornicima, grijač sa zračnim puhačem, infracrveni grijač ili mikrovalni grijač ili kombinacija navedenih grijača.
11. Reaktor (3, 3'), prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da je sredstvo prijenosa (7) jedna prijenosna traka ili prijenosni lanac ili jedna čelična traka, da bi se odjeljci u reaktoru mogli pomicati od jednog kraja prema drugom kraju reaktora ili od jednog reaktora prema drugom, kroz ventile (4’).
12. Reaktor (3, 3'), prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da je ventil(4’), koji je predviđen u reaktoru, otporan na tlak, da bi se toplina i tlak mogli održavati na željenoj razini.
13. Sustav za omogućavanje spravljanja oblikovanog pucketajućeg šećera, naznačen time da je su dva ili više reaktora prema zahtjevu 1 do 12 međusobno povezana horizontalno, s pomoću jednog prikladnog sredstva.
14. Sustav (3, 3’) prema zahtjevu 13, naznačen time da će reaktori biti povezani s ventilima (4’).
15. Postupak za spravljanje oblikovanog pucketajućeg šećera u reaktoru prema zahtjevima 1 do 12, naznačen time da sadrži slijedeće korake:
a) spravljanje šećerne mase, kako je poznato prema tehničkim standardima;
b) prijenos šećerne mase na jedan karbonizator (nije prikazan u skicama), da bi se ona miješala sa zrakom, CO2 ili nekim drugim inertnim plinom;
c) oblikovanje šećerne mase u „uže“ s pomoću stroja za formiranje šećerne mase u „uže“;
d) oblikovanje i mjerenje šećerne mase u stroju za oblikovanje i mjerenje;
e) razvrstavanje formiranih i odmjerenih šećernih dijelova u kalupima (1) s odabranim oblicima konačnog produkta;
f) razvrstavanje kalupa (1) na prijenosnom sredstvu (2,7) u reaktoru (3, 3’) preko ventila ili poklopca (4, 4’);
g) priprema primjerene razine tlaka u reaktoru nakon zatvaranja ventila/poklopca (4, 4’) s pomoću dvosmjernih ventila (11) i održavanje tlaka;
h) zagrijavanje unutarnjeg medija reaktora (3’) s pomoću sredstva za zagrijavanje (10) na željenu temperaturu;
i) hlađenje medija reaktora (3’) toliko, da šećer može otvrdnjavati;
j) odvajanje kalupa (1), koji sadrže otvrdnuti šećer i dobivanje oblika konačnog produkta, iz reaktora (3’) i otpremanje produkta na pakiranje.
16. Postupak prema zahtjevu 15, naznačen time da koraci u sustavu budu izvedeni prema zahtjevima 13 i 14.
17. Postupak prema zahtjevu 16, naznačen time da koraci (e) do (h) budu izvedeni istim ili drugim redoslijedom.
18. Postupak prema zahtjevu 17, naznačen time da koraci za zagrijavanje i/ili hlađenje budu izvedeni u jednom ili više odvojenih reaktora (3, 3’), koji su spojeni u seriju.
19. Postupak prema zahtjevu 18, naznačen time da tlak bude reguliran i održavan s pomoću dvosmjernih ventila, digitalnih ili mehaničkih sigurnosnih ventila, digitalnih ili mehaničkih podatkovnih indikatora.
20. Postupak prema zahtjevu 19, naznačen time da tlak u koraku (g) može biti između 1 i 150 bara.
21. Postupak prema zahtjevu 20, naznačen time da po potrebi u svakom željenom koraku jedna šipka može biti umiješana u šećer.
