Claims (17)
1. Postupak za proizvodnju koloidne suspenzije nano-kristaliničnih čestica u otapalu, te se navedeni postupak sastoji od
- pripreme smjese miješanjem navedenih nano-kristaliničnih čestica s otapalom i jednim ili više disperzijskih sredstava,
- proizvodnje koloidne suspenzije navedenih nano-kristaliničnih čestica podvrgavanjem smjese postupku mljevenja u komori za mljevenje (4; 4A: 4B; 4C), pri čemu je navedena smjesa u kontaktu sa zrncima (9) u kugličnom mlinu,
- razdvajanja navedenih zrnaca (9) iz navedene koloidne suspenzije, pri čemu se postupak sastoji od:
- korištenja navedenih zrnaca (9) u kugličnom mlinu u navedenom postupku mljevenja koje imaju prosječni promjer od najviše 70 µm kao što je najviše 50 µm, te poželjno najviše 40 µm kao što je najviše 30 µm, te čak još poželjnije sa prosječnim promjerom od najviše 20 µm kao što je najviše 10 µm
- mljevenja navedenih čestica u navedenoj suspenziji sve dok
- čestice u suspenziji imaju prosječnu veličinu od manje od 60 nm kao što je manje od 50 nm i poželjno manje od 40 nm kao stoje manje od 30 nm, te čak još poželjnije manje od 20 nm,
naznačen time da postupak dodatno sadrži
- kontrolu inducirane energije da bude manja od energije prevođenja u amorfni oblik tako da se poslije navedenog mljevenja zadržava najmanje 50 % od početne kristaliničnosti navedenih primarnih čestica, kao što je zadržavanje najmanje 60 % od početne kristaliničnosti navedenih primarnih čestica poslije navedenog mljevenja, le poželjno da se zadržava najmanje 70 % od početne kristaliničnosti navedenih primarnih čestica poslije navedenog mljevenja kao što je zadržavanje najmanje 80 % od početne kristaliničnosti poslije navedenog mljevenja, te čak još poželjnije da se zadržava najmanje 90 % od početne kristaliničnosti navedenih primarnih čestica poslije navedenog mljevenja.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1. naznačen time da je volumenski udio navedenih zrnaca za mljevenje (9) u navedenoj komori za mljevenje (4; 4A; 4B; 4C) u rasponu od 60-95 % kao što je 70-90 %, te poželjno daje volumenski udio navedenih zrnaca za mljevenje u navedenom postupku mljevenja u rasponu od 75-85 %, kao što je 80-85 %.
3. Postupak za proizvodnju koloidne suspenzije nano-kristaliničnih čestica u otapalu prema bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu, naznačen time da dodatno sadrži podešavanje pH navedene koloidne suspenzije na vrijednosti između 9 i 12, kao što je između 9,5 i 11,5 te poželjno između 10,0 i 11,0.
4. Postupak za proizvodnju koloidne suspenzije nano-kristaliničnih čestica u otapalu prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da navedeno jedno ili više disperzijskih sredstava sadrži jedan ili više amina kao što je jedan ili više tercijarnih amina, poželjno trietilamin.
5. Postupak za proizvodnju koloidne suspenzije nano-kristaliničnih čestica u otapalu prema zahtjevu 5, naznačen time da dodatno sadrži podešavanje koncentracije navedenog jednog ili više amina u spomenutoj koloidnoj suspenziji na vrijednosti u rasponu od 0,1-30 težinskih %, kao što je koncentracija navedenog jednog ili više amina u spomenutoj koloidnoj suspenziji u rasponu od 0,5-20 težinskih %, te poželjno koncentraciju navedenog jednog ili više amina u spomenutoj koloidnoj suspenziji u rasponu od 1-10 težinskih %, kao što je koncentracija navedenog jednog ili više amina u spomenutoj koloidnoj suspenziji od 3-6 težinskih %.
6. Postupak za proizvodnju koloidne suspenzije nano-kristaliničnih čestica u otapalu prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da navedeno jedno ili više disperzijskih sredstava sadrži glikol kao šio je monopropilen glikol.
7. Postupak za proizvodnju koloidne suspenzije nano-kristaliničnih čestica u otapalu prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da navedeno otapalo je voda ili sadrži vodu i/ili jedan ili više alkohola.
8. Postupak za proizvodnju koloidne suspenzije nano-kristaliničnih čestica u otapalu prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da navedene nano-kristalinične čestice su fotokatalitičke čestice, koje poželjno sadrže litanijev dioksid ili modificirani oblik titanijevog dioksida.
9. Postupak za proizvodnju koloidne suspenzije nano-kristaliničnih čestica u otapalu prema zahtjevu 8. naznačen time da navedeni modificirani oblik titanijevog dioksida sadrži anatazni oblik titanijevog dioksida dopiran sa jednim ili više elemenata odabranih od N, C, S, I, W, V, Cu, Ag, Au, Pt, Co, Fe, Mo, La, Eu ili od njihovih kombinacija.
10. Postupak za proizvodnju koloidne suspenzije nano-kristaliničnih čestica u otapalu prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da postupak dodatno sadrži
- povlačenje najmanje dijela navedene smjese iz komore za miješanje pomoću cirkulacijske pumpe (2), te
- uvođenje navedene smjese u komoru za mljevenje (4; 4A; 4B; 4C) koja sadrži navedena zrnca za mljevenje (9), te
- mljevenje i/ili drobljenje i/ili dispergiranje navedenih nano-kristaliničnih čestica pomoću stvaranja rotacije navedenih zrnaca (9) u navedenoj komori za mljevenje (4) da se dobije koloidna suspenzija i
- razdvajanje navedenih zrnaca (9) iz navedene koloidne suspenzije, te
- povlačenje i re-cirkulaciju najmanje dijela navedene koloidne suspenzije iz navedene komore za mljevenje (4; 4A; 4B; 4C) u navedenu komoru za miješanje.
11. Postupak za proizvodnju koloidne suspenzije u otapalu prema zahtjevu 10, naznačen time da je rotacijska brzina navedenih zrnaca za mljevenje (9) manja od 15 m/s na primjer manja od 10 m/s, te je poželjno u rasponu od 5-10 m/s, pri čemu se rotacijska brzina zrnaca za mljevenje (9) poželjno postiže pomoću miješalice, koja poželjno rotira obodnom brzinom miješalice koja je manja od 15 m/s na primjer manja od 10 m/s, te je poželjno u rasponu od 8-10 m/s.
12. Koloidna suspenzija nanokristaliničnih čestica dobivena postupkom prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1-11, naznačena time da težinski udio navedenih nano-kristaliničnih čestica u spomenutoj koloidnoj suspenziji je najmanje 0,1 kao što je težinski udio navedenih nano-kristaliničnih čestica od najmanje 0,2, te je poželjno težinski udio navedenih nano-kristaliničnih čestica u spomenutoj koloidnoj suspenziji najmanje 0,30, kao što je težinski udio od najmanje 0,4, te pri čemu zamućenje navedene koloidne suspenzije nakon razrjeđivanja s deioniziranom vodom da se dobije da 0.1 težinskih % navedenih čestica ima zamućenje po cm suspenzije od manje od 6 kao što je zamućenje po cm suspenzije od manje od 4, te poželjno zamućenje po cm suspenzije od manje od 3 kao što je zamućenje po cm suspenzije od manje od 2, te čak još poželjnije zamućenje po cm suspenzije od manje od 1.
13. Koloidna suspenzija nanokristaliničnih čestica dobivena postupkom prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1-11, naznačena time da je koncentracija navedenih nano-kristaliničnih čestica u spomenutoj koloidnoj suspenziji u rasponu od 0,05-5,0 težinskih % kao što je koncentracija navedenih nano-kristaliničnih čestica u rasponu od 0.1-3,0 težinskih %, te poželjno koncentracija navedenih nano-kristaliničnih čestica u spomenutoj koloidnoj suspenziji u rasponu od 0,3-2 težinskih %, kao što je koncentracija navedenih nanokristaliničnih čestica u spomenutoj koloidnoj suspenziji u rasponu od 0,4-1 težinskih %, te pri čemu zamućenje navedene koloidne suspenzije nakon razrjeđivanja s deioniziranom vodom da se dobije da 0,1 težinskih % navedenih čestica ima zamućenje po cm suspenzije od manje od 6 kao što je zamućenje po cm suspenzije od manje od 4 i poželjno zamućenje po cm suspenzije od manje od 3 kao što je zamućenje po cm suspenzije od manje od 2, te čak još poželjnije zamućenje po cm suspenzije od manje od 1.
14. Koloidna suspenzija nanokristaliničnih čestica prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 12-13, naznačena time da sadrži aglomerat primarnih čestica navedenih nanokristaliničnih čestica koje imaju prosječnu veličinu od manje od 60 nm kao što je manje od 50 nm i poželjno manje od 40 nm kao što je manje od 30 nm i čak još poželjnije manje od 20 nm.
15. Koloidna suspenzija prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 12-14, naznačena time da kristaliničnost navedenih nanokristaliničnih čestica je najmanje 30 %, kao što je najmanje 40 %, te poželjno kristaliničnost je najmanje 50 %, kao stoje kristaliničnost od najmanje 60 %, te čak još poželjnije kristaliničnost je najmanje 70 % kao što je najmanje 80 %.
16. Koloidna suspenzija prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 12-14, naznačena time da navedene nanokristalinične čestice sadrže fotokatalizator koji sadrži anatazni oblik titanijevog dioksida ili njegov modificiran oblik u koncentraciji od najmanje 10 težinskih %, te navedeno jedno ili više disperzijskih sredstava sadrži amin kao što je trietilamin (TF.A) u koncentraciji u rasponu od 1-10 težinskih % i monopropilen glikol u koncentraciji u rasponu od 10-20 težinskih %.
17. Koloidna suspenzija prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 12-14, naznačena time da navedene nanokristalinične čestice sadrže fotokatalizator koji sadrži anatazni oblik titanijevog dioksida ili njegov modificiran oblik u koncentraciji u rasponu od 0,1-2,0 težinskih %, te navedeno jedno ili više disperzijskih sredstava sadrži amin kao što je trietilamin (TEA) u koncentraciji u rasponu od 0,01-0,30 težinskih % i monopropilen glikol u koncentraciji u rasponu od 0,01-1,50 težinskih %.
