Claims (10)
1. Fizikalno potaknuta polietilenska pjena koja ima gustoću između 20 i 300 kg/m3 koja se sastoji od
a. smjese koja sadrži 95.5% težinski - 99.5% težinski polietilena niske gustoće i 0.5% težinski - 4.5% težinski polietilena visoke gustoće pri čemu težinski % je u odnosu na ukupnu količinu polietilena niske gustoće i polietilena visoke gustoće u smjesi i pri čemu pripravak ne sadrži polietilenski vosak
b. sredstva za nukleaciju i
c. stabilizatora ćelija.
2. Polietilenska pjena prema zahtjevu 1, naznačena time da smjesa sadrži 97.0% težinski - 99.5% težinski polietilena niske gustoće i 0.5% težinski - 3.0% težinski polietilena visoke gustoće.
3. Polietilenska pjena prema bilo kojem zahtjevu od 1-2, naznačena time da je gustoća polietilena niske gustoće u rasponu između 921 kg/m3 i 935 kg/m3.
4. Postupak za fizikalno pjenjenje polietilena kod temperature niže od 118 °C uz prisutnost fizikalnog pjenila i sredstva za nukleaciju da se dobije fizikalno potaknuta polietilenska pjena koja ima gustoću između 20 i 300 kg/m3 naznačen time da je polietilen mješavina koja sadrži 95.5% težinski - 99.5% težinski polietilena niske gustoće i 0.5% težinski - 4.5% težinski polietilena visoke gustoće pri čemu težinski % je u odnosu na ukupnu količinu polietilena niske gustoće i polietilena visoke gustoće u smjesi, pri čemu je tijekom postupka prisutan stabilizator ćelija i pri čemu pripravak ne sadrži polietilenski vosak.
5. Postupak prema zahtjevu 4, naznačen time da je pjenilo izobutan, CO2, pentan, butan, dušik i/ili fluorougljikovodik.
6. Postupak prema zahtjevu 5, naznačen time da je pjenilo izobutan ili CO2.
7. Postupak prema bilo kojem zahtjevu od 4-6, naznačen time da je sredstvo za nukleaciju talk, silicij, mješavina natrijevog bikarbonata i limunske kiseline, amid, amin i/ili ester zasićene ili nezasićene alifatske (C10-C34) karboksilne kiseline.
8. Postupak prema bilo kojem zahtjevu od 4-7, naznačen time da je stabilizator ćelija glicerol monostearat, glicerol monopalmitat, palmitamid i/ili amid.
