Abstract

Proizvod poliuretanskog elastomera, naznačen time, da ima najmanje dva od sljedećih svojstava: vrijednost Texus Flex-a na 30% od više od 10.000 ciklusa prema ASTM postupku D-3629-99; minimalno tan δ na 30-160°C od oko 0,010 do 0,025; svojstvo jačine trganja od oko 26.3 do 78.8 N/mm u skladu s ASTM postupkom D-1938; i DIN abrazija od oko 5 do 31 mm3 u skladu s ASTM postupkom D-5963. Patent sadrži još 14 patentnih zahtjeva.

Claims (15)

1. Proizvod poliuretanskog elastomera, naznačen time, da ima najmanje dva od sljedećih svojstava: vrijednost Texus Flex-a na 30% od više od 10.000 ciklusa prema ASTM postupku D-3629-99; minimalno tan δ na 30-160°C od oko 0,010 do 0,025; svojstvo jačine trganja od oko 26.3 do 78.8 N/mm u skladu s ASTM postupkom D-1938; i DIN abrazija od oko 5 do 31 mm3 u skladu s ASTM postupkom D-5963.
2. Proizvod poliuretanskog elastomera prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da je proizvod poliuretanskog elastomera oblikovan iz smjese predelastomera koja sadrži smjesu predpolimera i produživač lanca i gdje je po mogućnosti smjesa predpolimera reakcijska smjesa poliola i difenilmetan diizocijanata, gdje je poliol odabran iz skupine koja se sastoji od poliestera, polietera i polikaprolaktona, a produživač lanca je po mogućnosti odabran iz skupine koja se sastoji od 1,4-butandiola; 13-propandiola; etilen glikola; 1,6-heksandiola; hidrokvinon-bishidroksietil etera; resorcinol di(beta-hidroksietil) etera; resorcinol di(betahidroksipropil) etera; 1,4-cikloheksan dimetanola; alifatskog triola; alifatskog tetrola; 4,4’-metilen-bis(2-kloroanilina); 4,4’-metilen-bis(3-kloro-2,6-dietilanilina); dietil toluen diamina; t-butil toluen diamina; dimetiltio-toluen diamina; trimetilen glikol di-p-amino-benzoata; metilen bis ortokloroanilina, metilen bis dietilanilina; metilendianilina; i kompleksa soli metilendianilina, poželjnije je da produživač lanca sadrži kompleks metilendianilin natrij klorida.
3. Proizvod poliuretanskog elastomera prema zahtjevu 2, naznačen time, da smjesa predelastomera ima vrijeme trajanja od 1 do 35 dana na temperaturi od 70°C.
4. Proizvod poliuretanskog elastomera prema zahtjevu 2, naznačen time, da smjesa predpolimera sadrži od 2,0 masenih % do 5,0 masenih % slobodnog difenilmetan diizocijanata.
5. Proizvod poliuretanskog elastomera prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da je težina čestice od 225 kg do 7.000 kg i ima troosovinsku debljinu od 10,2 cm do 493 cm.
6. Proizvod poliuretanskog elastomera prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da je proizvod ne-pneumatska guma koja je po mogućnosti sposobna nositi 9.000 kg do 91.000 kg.
7. Proizvod elastomera prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da proizvod poliuretanskog elastomera ima kompresiju postavljenu na postotak od 10% do 32%.
8. Proizvod elastomera prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da proizvod poliuretanskog elastomera ima vrijednost dijeljenja veću od 20,1 N/mm u skladu s ASTM postupkom D-470.
9. Proizvod elastomera prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da proizvod poliuretanskog elastomera ima vrijednost Texus Flex-a na 45% višu od 1.500 ciklusa u skladu s ASTM postupkom D-339-99.
10. Proizvod elastomera prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da proizvod poliuretanskog elastomera ima povratnu vrijednost od 52 to 99,9 u skladu s ASTM postupkom D-2632.
11. Proizvod elastomera prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da proizvod poliuretanskog elastomera ima tvrdoću prema Shore-u u vrijednosti od 85A do 96A u skladu s ASTM postupkom 2240-00.
12. Proizvod elastomera prema zahtjevu 1, koji ima dinamična svojstva, naznačen time, da ima G’-30°C do G’30°C omjer u rasponu od 1,0 do 2,5.
13. Postupak za izradu poliuretanskog elastomera prema zahtjevima 1-12, naznačen time, da se sastoji od: dobivanja smjese predpolimera koja sadrži polikaprolakton predpolimer, i difenilmetan diizocijanat, gdje smjesa predpolimera sadrži difenilmetan diizocijanat u količini od 2,0 masenih % do 5,0 masenih %; miješanja smjese predpolimera sa produživačem lanca da oblikuje smjesu predelastomera; i stvrdnjavanja smjese predelastomera da se stvori poliuretanski elastomer; po izboru podvrgavanja stvrdnute smjese predelastomera zagrijavanju na od 135°C do 16°C nakon stvrdnjavanja.
14. Postupak prema zahtjevu 13, naznačen time, da se nadalje sastoji od uklanjanja najmanje nekih od slobodnih difenilmetan diizocijanata iz smjese predpolimera stvarajući smjesu predelastomera.
15. Postupak za izradu poliuretanskog elastomera, naznačen time, da se sastoji od: miješanja prve smjese predpolimera mase A i druge smjese predpolimera mase B, dok navedena prva smjesa predpolimera sadrži prvi polikaprolakton koji po mogućnosti ima molekularnu masu od 200 do 6000, i X masenih % slobodnog difenilmetan diizocijanata, a navedena druga smjesa predpolimera sadrži drugi polikaprolakton koji po mogućnosti ima molekularnu masu od 200 do 6000, i Y masenih % slobodnog difenilmetan diizocijanata, i gdje su A, B, X i Y odabrani tako da (AX+BY)/(A+B) je od 2,0 do 5,0; i stvrdnjavanja miješanih prvih i drugih smjesa predpolimera sa produživačem lanca da oblikuju navedeni poliuretanski elastomer.
