Abstract
Metoda premazivanja supstrata, tj. brodskog trupa, naznačena time što obuhvaća faze: a) (i) nanošenja temeljnog antikorozivnog premaza na površinu supstrata ;(ii) nanašanja jednog ili više daljnjih slojeva međupremaza na temeljni antikorozivni premaz a (i) opcijski; b) nanošenja privremenog antivegetativnog premaza (AV) premaza na jedan ili više temeljnih premaza (a), tj. u području supstrata ispod korištene vodne linije; c) izloženosti antivegetativnog premaza vodi; d) uklanjanja antivegetativnog premaza (b) ispiranjem vodom pod tlakom nižim od 17,000 psi kako bi se izložio jedan ili više temeljnih premaza (a); e) nanošenja završnog premaza (topcoat) direktno na izloženi temeljni premaz ili više premaza (a) iz faze (d). Patent sadrži još 11 patentnih zahtjeva.
Claims (12)
1. Metoda premazivanja supstrata, tj. brodskog trupa, naznačena time što obuhvaća faze:
a) (i) nanošenja temeljnog antikorozivnog premaza na površinu supstrata ;
(ii) nanašanja jednog ili više daljnjih slojeva međupremaza na temeljni antikorozivni premaz a (i) opcijski;
b) nanošenja privremenog antivegetativnog premaza (AV) premaza na jedan ili više temeljnih premaza (a), tj. u području supstrata ispod korištene vodne linije;
c) izloženosti antivegetativnog premaza vodi;
d) uklanjanja antivegetativnog premaza (b) ispiranjem vodom pod tlakom nižim od 17,000 psi kako bi se izložio jedan ili više temeljnih premaza (a);
e) nanošenja završnog premaza (topcoat) direktno na izloženi temeljni premaz ili više premaza (a) iz faze (d).
2. Metoda premazivanja supstrata sukladno zahtjevu 1, naznačena time, što je sustav završnog premaza neobraštajući premaz, a koji se po mogućnosti sastoji od
(i) opcijskog donjeg temeljnog premaza;
(ii) silikonskog veznog međupremaza koji se nanosi preko temeljnog premaza i na temeljni premaz (e) (i) ili u najmanju ruku direktno preko i na navedeni dio izložene površine jednog ili više temeljnih premaza (a); i
(iii) silikonskog neobraštajućeg završnog premaza koji se nanosi preko silikonskog veznog međupremaza (e) (ii).
3. Metoda premazivanja supstrata sukladno zahtjevima 1 ili 2, naznačena time što se provodi faza čišćenja ispiranjem vodom (d), i to na takav način da jedan ili više donjih temeljnih premaza (a) ostaje bitno nedirnut.
4. Metoda premazivanja supstrata prema zahtjevima 1, 2 ili 3, gdje se provodi čišćenje antivegetativnog premaza (premaza protiv obraštanja) (b) ispiranjem vodom pod niskim ili visokim tlakom,.
5. Metoda premazivanja supstrata prema bilo kojem ranijem zahtjevu, naznačena time što je u fazi a (i) temeljni premaz epoksidni temeljni premaz.
6. Metoda premazivanja supstrata sukladno bilo kojem ranijem zahtjevu, naznačena time što se prije faze (b) epoksidni međupremaz (a) (ii) nanosi preko temeljnog premaza.
7. Metoda premazivanja supstrata po bilo kojem ranijem zahtjevu, naznačena time što faza izlaganja između faza (b) i (d) traje duže od 8 tjedana.
8. Metoda premazivanja supstrata sukladno bilo kojem ranijem zahtjevu, naznačena time što se iz sustava dvokomponentnog epoksi amina odabiru temeljni antikorozivni premazi i/ili jedan ili više temeljnih međupremaza.
9. Metoda premazivanja supstrata sukladno bilo kojem ranijem zahtjevu, naznačena time što ukupna debljina suhog filma temeljnog antikorozivnog premaza (a) (i) iznosi uobičajeno 30 - 500 μm.
10. Metoda premazivanja supstrata sukladno bilo kojem od zahtjeva pod 2 do 9, naznačena time što sustav neobraštajućih premaza obuhvaća silikonski neobraštajući završni premaz na bazi polisiloksana.
11. Metoda premazivanja supstrata sukladno bilo kojem ranijem zahtjevu, naznačena time što ukupna debljina suhog filma antivegetativnog premaza (b) odmah nakon aplikacije iznosi 30-500 μm.
12. Metoda premazivanja supstrata sukladno bilo kojem od zahtjeva pod 1, 3do 9 ili 11, naznačena time što se sustav završnog premaza sastoji od samopolirajućeg završnog premaza na bazi silil akrilata ili završnog premaza na bazi epoksida.
