Abstract
Μία μέθοδος για την ανακατασκευή της πυρίμαχης επενδύσεως μιας χύτρας για την έκχυση χάλυβα και παρομοίων μεταλλουργικών κάδων. Στην ακόμη ζεστή χύτρα (10) τήκεται η ακόμα προσκολλημένη στην εσωτερική άνω επιφάνεια (26) σκωρία (5) από την παραμένουσα επένδυση (2) με την βοήθεια ενός καυστήρα υψηλής θερμοκρασίας (9) λειτουργώντας με μειούμενη ένταση και σε κατάσταση ρευστού τήγματος απομακρύνεται από την χύτρα (10.). Μετά από απόψυξη αποξέεται και απομακρύνεται η υελώδης άνω επιφάνεια της παραμένουσας επενδύσεως (2). Μετά γίνεται η εγκατάσταση της νέας πυρίμαχης επενδύσεως (30) στη διαδικασία χυτεύσεως τη βοηθεία ενός προτύπου (εικόνα C). ω
