Abstract

'Ενα δισκίον ιμπουπροφέν βραδείας απελευθερώσεως ή μια στρώσις δισκίου σχηματίζοντος δια παρασκευής ενός υγρού γκρανουλέ τη χρησιμοποιήσει Povidone (PVP) εντός αλκοόλης ως υγρού κοκκοποιήσεως το οποίον αναμιγνύεται με ιμπουπροφέν, αιθυλοκυτταρίνη, έναν παράγοντα φυτιλιού (τριχοειδών δυνάμεων) π.χ. μικροκρυσταλλική κυτταρίνη, ένα συντελεστή αποσαθρώσεως π.χ. προζελατινοποιημένον άμυλον και εν συνεχεία ξηράνσεως και αλέσεως του γκρανουλέ και αναμίξεως με ξηρόν κονιοποιημένον συντελεστή αποσαθρώσεως, παράγοντα φυτιλιού (τριχοειδών δυνάμεων) λιπαντικών, π.χ. στεατικόν μαγνήσιον και ολισθητικόν, π.χ. διοξείδιον πυριτίου και δισκιοποιήσεως του προκύπτοντος γκρανουλέ, το οποίον μετά την χορήγησιν προκαλεί παρατεταμένη βραδεία και σχετικώς κανονική αυξανόμενη απελευθέρωσιν του ιμπουπροφέν.ω
