993,801. Fastenings. WEST ALLOY DIECASTINGS Ltd. May 31, 1963 [June 1, 1962], No. 21230/62. Heading E2A. A fastening comprises a follower 16 for operating two bolts simultaneously when either a lockable outside handle 2 or an inside handle 6 is turned and is characterised by a coupling member 5 which is attached to the inner handle and which is spring biased into engagement with a spindle 3 secured to the outside handle but may be withdrawn clear of the spindle whereby the inner handle may be turned to operate the bolts when the outside handle is locked.
