Abstract

A cylinder lock mechanism comprises a cylinder housing 2 having its outer end enclosed by a protective case 1 on which the latter is attached to the cylinder housing by attachment means concealed between a flange of the protective case and an end portion of the housing for connecting the case to the housing. As shown, the attachment means is a yieldable ring 4 which is trapped in a groove 5.
