887,843. Liquid containers. CROWTHER, H. A. H. May 29, 1958 [July 22, 1957], No. 23140/57. Class 69 (1). [Also in Group XVII] A container for liquids comprises an outer rigid drum containing a flexible closed bag 5 having a stiff-walled filling neck 6 projecting through an aperture 4 in the drum and closed by a plug 9 fitted with a valve 16. The plug has a rubber skirt 10 embracing a flange 7 on the filling neck, and a passage 11 in which is held a tube 12 beaded at 13, 14. A rubber tube 15 on the tube 12 can be closed by a clamp device 16. Specification 860,129 is referred to.
