878,186. Knitted fabrics. VEREINIGTE STRUMPFWERKE ESDA VEB. May 27, 1958, No. 16856/58. Class 74 (2). A stretchable yarn 3 and a less stretchable or non-stretchable yarn 4 are together laid over the sinkers 2 of a straight bar-knitting machine. When the needles 1 descend to form the loops, the yarn 4 is severed on some of the sinkers to form a cut-pile fabric.
