528,482. Knitted fabrics. NEBEL, M. May 8, 1939, No. 13739. [Class 74 (ii)] A plush fabric is knitted from a ground yarn 1 and two plush yarns 2, 3 per course, each plush yarn being fed to alternate needles. The plush sinker loops 2a, 3a, being carried over two needle spaces, cover the ground loops better than in the case of normal plush fabric. The ground yarn may also be carried over two needle spaces and one half of the needle loops in each course may be knocked over later than the other half, or form an intermediate course.
