Abstract

875,387. Securing windscreen wipers on shafts. TRICO-FOLBERTH Ltd. April 14, 1959 [April 15, 1958], No. 11964/58. Class 80 (2). A windscreen wiper arm 2 is adjusted circumferentially relative to a spindle 12 to which it is secured by a nut 16 by turning a transverse bolt 28, carried by the wiper arm 2, and having threads engaging worm teeth 24 on a boss 20 fast with the spindle. When adjusted the bolt 28 is held in position by lock nuts 32, 34, Fig. 2 (not shown).
