Abstract

861,113. Stoppers. JONES, W. H. Oct. 13, 1959, No. 34624/59. Class 125(3). A powder distributer comprises a hollow body 1 closed at one end by a perforate cap 4, the other end being closed by a detachable synthetic resin closure 2 which snaps over a flange 6 at the lower edge of the side walls. An annular moulding 10 on the closure 2 defines a depression 11 which is an inverted impression of the perforate cap 4 so that when being filled the container may stand in an inverted position with the cap 4 mated with the depression 11 so preventing discharge of the contents through the perforations 5. The body is of stainless steel or nickel-silver.
