The filling opening of a plastics receptacle has an annular bead 9 and a flange 8 which secures, in a non-removable manner, a resilient cap 1, with a base 2, a cylindrical wall 3 widening conically at its outer edge 4, and a corrugation 11. The receptacle is provided with wart-like protuberances which can be cut open to allow dispensing of the matter contained.
