Class 98(2) [Also in Group XXXV] An electrostatic latent image is transferred from a photo-conductive layer to an electrostatically chargeable copy sheet by placing the copy sheet in contact with the layer between two electrodes and applying a pulsating direct voltage to the electrodes. One electrode may be in the form of a roller and the sheets may he placed on a cylindrically arched surface. Alternatively one electrode may comprise a plurality of parallel wires or it may be a wire screen. Specification 772,873 is referred to.
