Hier machen die Verankerungen der beim Einfüllen des Gases um wesentliche Beträge schrumpfenden Behälterwandungen mit dem Schiffskörper Schwierigkeiten, und. zwar insbesondere dann, wenn mit Rücksicht auf die auftretenden Kräfte metallische Λ^ erankerungselemente erforderlich werden, die auch Wärmebrücken darstellen. Es ist bereits vorgeschlagen worden, flüssige Gase, die im Laderaum eines Schiffes transportiert werden, in Behältern unterzubringen, die etwa konzentrisch zu einer ihrer Schwerachsen Mittel aufweisen, in die mit dem Schiffskörper fest verbundene Mittel eingreifen. Zapfen selbst lassen sich entweder gegen den Schiffskörper oder gegen den Behälter in einfachster Weise so isolieren, daß Wärmebrücken vermieden sind. Die Behälterform selbst kann beliebig sein. Zur Absteifung der Außenwände 2 gegen1 den Innenschacht 8 des Behälters dienen die Verstrebungen 14 und 15, durch die auftretende Kräfte an die Tragkonstruktion 11 übertragen werden. Der Laderaum des Schiffes bzw. der Behälter hat die Isolierung 16, die eine freie Ausdehnung bzw. Schrumpfung der Behälter zuläßt. In dem isolierten Raum sind die Behälter 1 nicht isoliert.
