845,426. Linkwork. ST. REGIS PAPER CO. Oct. 22, 1956 [Nov. 7, 1955], No. 966/60. Divided out of 845,423. Class 80 (3). Mechanism for imparting to shafts 18 and 19 a cyclically varying speed comprises a gear 4 which is driven from a uniformly rotating shaft 1 and is mounted in a casing 7 adjustable about the shaft 1 so as to move its axis out of alignment with the shafts 18, 19. The gear 4 is coupled to the shafts 18, 19 by pins 12, 13 thereon engaging slots in radial arms 16, 17 on the shafts 18, 19. Specification 845,424 is referred to.
