838,955. Rest bars. WILKINSON-COX, N. Dec. 2, 1958 [Oct. 24, 1957], No. 33201/57. Class 108(2) [Also in Group XXXI] An adjustable telescopic rest bar 8, 9, Fig. 4, for stabilizing a caravan &c. has one member 8 pivoted at 6 to the lower end of a depending bracket 1 and detachably connected by a pin 15 at the upper end so that it may be readily engaged or released by bending about the pivot 6. The member 9 has a pivoted foot 10 and is set to adjustable heights by a pin 12 inserted through selected holes 13. The pin 6 is arranged over dead - centre with the pivot 3 of the bracket 1 so that the leg remains in the supporting position under the weight of the caravan.
