Abstract

1,097,210. Display stands. F. R. BONNET and R. G. PALAMINI. Dec. 8, 1965 [Dec. 9, 1964], No. 52062/65. Heading A4H. A wheeled display stand comprises a carriage frame 1-3 pivotally supporting a pair of spaced parallelogram linkages 7-10 interconnected by cross-bars 11-16 for movement between a display condition, as shown, in which the inclination of the linkage is determined by selectively adjusting the length of telescopic legs 17, 18 carried by the linkage, and a folded or transport condition (Fig. 1, not shown) in which opposed rods 7, 8 of the linkage are locked in a vertical position. The cross-bars 11-16 support shelves, trays or containers 20-22. In the folded condition of the stand, the front leg 18 is engaged in a sleeve 6 carried by the base frame of the carriage 1-3.
