1489795 Folding tables TERRY FRY Ltd 28 April 1976 [10 May 1975] 19738/75 Heading A4H [Also in Division A6] A folding table tennis table has a frame comprising a rectangular base which has wheels 30, castors 28, skids, etc, an elongate guide 17 upstanding from each end of the base, a slide 19 slideably mounted on each guide 17, each slide 19 having pivoted thereto (at 21) a pair of support members 22 attached to table top leaves 10, 11, and each support member 22 having pivoted .thereto at 23 a strut 24 pivoted (at 25) to the respective end of the base. Each slide 19 is retained on the upper end of its guide 17, to retain the leaves 10, 11 in the horizontal position by a spring-loaded stud (26) on the guide 17 that engages an aperture 27 in the slide 19. In a modification, a spring-loaded stud carried by a net-support inserted in the guides engages apertures in the guide and slide. The table includes hinged legs 32.
