819,933. Folding beds. VONO Ltd. Nov. 22, 1957 [Nov. 30, 1956], No. 36609/56. Classes 52(2) and 52(3) In a folding bed having a mattress frame in three pivotally connected sections the side bars 17, 18 of the outer sections are pivoted at 15, 19 to the sides of the centre section and are also connected by pivots 20 to pivoted X-form legs 21 which support the centre section and are automatically collapsed as the frame is folded. Additional legs 24 for the outer sections which are automatically folded and unfolded by links 26 are provided and an auxiliary foldable section 29 may be provided at the end of the foot section. A head board 16 serving as a table top when the bed is folded may be provided.
