815,687. Rotary pumps. CORNEIL, E. R. May 31, 1957 [June 1, 1956], No. 17379/57. Class 110 (2). In a variable-capacity multiple rotary pump of the flexible-tube type, the tubes 30, 32 are arranged in parallel between two plates 8, 9 which co-operate with an eccentric rotor 17 to effect pumping, are adjustably mounted in the framework of the pump as shown and are provided with radial ribs 16. The rotor is journalled in bearings 19, 20 and the tubes are provided with a common inlet manifold and a common outlet manifold, see Fig. 3 (not shown).
